This location NEVER FAILS! Not only is EVERY staff member friendly and curious (even the males) but they’re efficient, fast, usually make it right and by chance it seems off a little they gladly fix it, and costs 40 cents LESS than the 2 located by my house. I have given up on the 2 horrible ones by my house and will ONLY get Dunkin at this location or New Albany from now on. I guess it’s a good thing for me I live 25 mins away or I would be ordering Dunkin way too often if I lived near Westerville!

I understand if there’s a rush, I work at a coffee place and used to work at Dunkin but at least mix my drink and not leave me to mix the syrup cream sugar and actual coffee together.

For an otherwise good Dunkin: I got a first degree burn on my hand from a loose lid spilling coffee all over me and my car. If it was any hotter it would have been a lawsuit. DO. YOUR. JOBS.

so yesterday I got a promotional cup from from this location and it was cracked at the top. I went back in the evening after work to see if they could do anything and they said to contact the manager. I was a little heated and ended up getting in contact with corporate and they got me into touch with the manager. I ended up coming in this morning and getting it not only exchanged out with no issues, they also gave me a second cup and a drink! The manager was extremely kind and helpful and made the whole interaction extremely simple. I definitely will be coming back!
