Experience 1: ordered online. Went in. Waited ten minutes for them to tell me my drink wasn’t in stock?
Experience 2: drove off and they gave me a cup that had busted down the side so I had to stop at another restaurant to get a cup because it was spilling all in my car
Experience 3: drive thru worker was super rude. I pulled up at the window and that worker was very nice. The drive thru person was running her mouth in the bar and had an awful attitudes towards customers and her coworkers. On 2/13 she had a hat on, hair was in bun, and was light skin. Something needs done because that was not okay

If you want to get stressed out go here on a Friday between 9:30am to 10am. I like to park and go in. It was a mess cars going both ways. There’s virtually no parking the 2 drive through lines were backed up to both entrances and exits. Total chaos. Sure they have great donuts, but I’m never going back to that location. They should see if they can buy or rent the lot or part of it next to them for parking. The employees are nice. There wasn’t a wait when I got in restaurant, but got stuck in parking lot, blocking cars because couldn’t get in the parking space and people wouldn’t back up to give me to back in. . Had a heck of time getting out too. By the way if you are a senior they DO NOT GIVE SENIOR DISCOUNT. Terrible experience.

Very busy location. Horrible design. Impossible to get in to park and to pull out to exit. The drive thru wraps around the entire building. The entrance is so tight. The exit is steep. Horrible design. Someone spent way too much money for an inefficient design out customer flow. Just saying.
Service was good. Staff were good. Our food was good. The donuts we ordered were fine. The place was clean, well maintained.

Normally I’m pretty chill, but this pissed me off. I ordered a bagel and an iced matcha. The Bagel was completely burnt like black. I don’t know who would put that in a bag and give it to someone. And the matcha they blended with ice for some reason, so there’s tiny chunks of ice constantly clogging up the straw.

Went to get a free coffee with my points this morning at 620. I was the only one there. Ordered a LG iced latte decaf with oat milk, sugar free vanilla, two caramel pumps and cold foam. Coffee was made with regular milk, and tasted like the bottom of a burnt pot. I came home and dumped it. I would of went back but had to get home to open my business. It’s been like this the past few times. Coffee always tastes burnt. I’m kinda upset that I wasted my points on it.

Terrible experience. The girl who was working the drive through was rude both times I had to go back through the drive through because my order was wrong. I specifically ordered 2 sandwiches with no cheese and it was on my receipt but both had cheese on them. Had to turn all around and go back. No apology at all. I would never go back.

Man when they opened they had the best staff and manager it’s went way way down hill since the manager left. My toast is never toast . My drink is never close to the same . And my ham is frozen still always sad. They went down hill fast
