A lady named Elyssa was very rude and aggressive towards myself and staff. I don’t understand why they allow this behavior to continue.
Some of these staff are decent the donuts are ok
The coffee depends on the day and who is working.
The owner and district manager should really care about customers and take responsibility.

This is the best Dunkin! The drinks are always made the same, they never mess up my order, they are fast, and best of all, they are friendly! There’s a great group of kids and a great management team backing them up! I go to Dunkin all the time all over the country when I travel, and the Mount Vernon Dunkin is the best!

What a great DD location! Service through the drive through was very zippy, the employee was friendly and let me know which drink was which (no guessing here). The iced coffee was SPOT ON! Absolutely delicious! Sadly there has been times at other locations where the iced coffee was less than desirable. Somewhat easy to get in and out of, limited parking. I’m so glad they had a DD in Mount Vernon (I don’t live in the area but drive through often enough).

This is a great location! It’s easy to get too and away from the crowded North end of town. The coffee is fantastic! I also got a half dozen box of donuts. The inside is nice and open and was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful!

I ordered two of the same drink. My 2nd one is nothing like the first. It’s missing all of the top ingredients. I can’t event order something from here and get the same exact item twice. Disappointing because I didn’t get what I wanted/ordered and I paid for it.

I really didnt even want to give a star at the way I was treated today, I went through this location today about 410pm now mind you I am a consent customer of 3x a day and today as Im placing my order I ask my daughter who was with me what she wanted as the manager I assume is telling me my total and asking me to come to window I stated I was not done with my order and as rude as she could be state “WHAT ELSE DO YOU WANT” I said excuse me and told her what I wanted and move forward. I asked the girl taking my money “Are you all rude today” she said well you were rude first, I then started crying and said Im a repeat customer and Im never rude to any of you if anything I stand and talk to you all when Im in here. The then manager came to the window, and I held my drink up and said this is even wrong the other window girl then yelled at me and said that is what you wanted I said no continuing to cry. I just took my stuff and pulled away. Im so disappointed at the way they acted today and the fact that I was not rude to any of them whatsoever unless you want to consider that me saying excuse me about them being rude to me about i was not done with my order then I guess I was rude. I would say I would start going to starbucks again but I love dunkin so much that I will probably continue going I just wont conversate out of my way anymore.

My review is low but not because of the service I received. I LOVE Dunkin but they really missed the mark. By they, I mean the store owner. I couldn’t believe that the owner took it upon themselves to tell the servers they can no longer accept tips!! I guarantee you that when the owner made the decision to take away their tips, the employees did not receive a raise in their hourly! I used to be a server in the coffee world and I remember how even though I only got 5-15$ a day in tips after splitting them, it made my day to get something for myself when I had to deal with the crappy attitude of the general public who hasn’t had their morning coffee yet! These people that work at this store are WONDERFUL! They are FAST, FRIENDLY, and ACCURATE when taking orders and making food! They work hard and deserve a tip! I mean for God’s sake, it doesn’t cost the owner a single penny to allow me to give the woman in the window a dollar! This franchise owner needs to do better, you make 3x more than these wonderful people yet you can’t allow them to have 5$ a day that doesn’t cost you anything from your take home! They deserve the tip!! DO BETTER!

Changed my review completely. The hasbrowns weren’t burnt this time. they actually put more than 6 in each package too. My food was nice and fresh, and my coffee was spot on!
