I’m unsure what’s happening lately but I’ve been getting my order handed to me without a bag, which is confusing. I asked for a bag and the worker seemed confused & brought a massive plastic bag, literally enormous. Two toddlers probably could’ve sat in it (though I wouldn’t recommend because they could probably manage to get lost in its spaciousness.) The food had fallen out into the bag which was frustrating as I was trying to figure out this rather confusing predicament. Why was I having to bag my own food for one… for two, why did I receive such a humongous bag?? Dunkin used to always put their items in the paper bags before handing it to you. I’m pretty sure 99% of fast food places do?? So I could not for the life of me understand this mind boggling encounter. I figured it was just a one off thing but it happened again three days later, no bag, just straight handing items of your order to you one by one. I’m frankly not comfortable with avocado toast boxes sliding around in my car knowing how easily it fell out into the bag the first time around. My snackin bacon was also oddly tepid, near cold. No idea what’s going on but I’d rather not have bag less food in my car.

The mornings are great, after noon, the coffee, food, and service take a dive. From ordering hot lattes and getting them ice cold (in the hot cup) to getting orders wrong, to being upset that the order is wrong, to giving people other people’s orders, to poorly assembled food. I highly suggest staying away after noon, because the morning time is when they shine. Perfect orders, friendly folks, tasty food.
Also, when did the lattes begin feeling so watered down? I have to get an extra espresso just to taste the espresso in the drink.

I have been to this location many times in the past couple of months to get a drink that isnt even past the k on the cup in dunkin on a large. (Not even half full) for a $6 or $7 coffee is disgusting. 2 sips of a drink. And yes i have called and complained on other occasions and nobody rectifies the issue going forward. I am sick and tired of getting a cup that is 3/4 foam and 2 sips of coffee. Half a cup of coffee………… unacceptable

My experience is through mobile order and pick-up. I have a 5 minute drive for pick-up, and my order is always ready on the counter. My order has been correct and tasty each visit.

This location is very busy but they work quickly. If you order through the app, you can park in special mobile pickup spots on the side of the building and run in fairly quickly. But even if you sit in the drive thru line, they work fast, too. Friendly staff and my iced coffee tasted perfectly! Definitely going back.
