The blend was incorrect. Chunks of ice in the frozen caramel coffee. Every coffee I have gotten here in the past 2 months has been incorrect and takes a long time for them to make.

I’m a frequent customer and lately I’ve had a massive issue with not receiving what I order. I order the same coffee every time, a caramel craze latte. This is a specific signature latte. It’s basically a caramel latte with whip cream, caramel drizzle and cinnamon sugar on top. There’s a very sweet older lady who always makes it perfectly and everything on the tag is present. If she doesn’t make it, it doesn’t have the toppings. Which are listed on the tag but not actually on the top. I’ve even asked at the speaker for them to ensure the toppings are on there (otherwise I’d just order a regular smegular caramel latte but that isn’t what I want or what I pay for). They assured me that they’d put them on. Hand me the drink, and the whip cream is white as Christ’s salvation. No sprinkle or drizzle in sight. I hand it back and ask the girl to put the toppings on. She says “oh sometimes they get lost in the whip cream” honey I’m a distinguished soldier when it comes to this drink, for my tism does not allow me to try new things. I know it wasn’t put on there but okay. I haven’t asked again. The last 2 coffees have been the same. No toppings other than whip, but it says it plainly on the orange tag, cinnamon sugar and caramel drizzle. How do I get yall to give me what I pay for

This location has big issues… there is not a single time I ever go and get my order right-not once. I say that and I go a lot because their coffee is my favorite. If your coffee isn’t messed up…the food is. You either get extra, get the wrong food, they don’t have what you ordered, or they say you didn’t order food at all. I have to verbally go over my order with them and wait 15+ extra minutes in line because no one made the food. I have many times made an order either online or at the speaker and got to the window, handed a coffee and told to have a good day when I have 5 other food items not in my hand. Worst part other than that? The coffee wasn’t even from my order.

Happy national coffee day to us We placed a
mobile order that went through and after pulling up to the drive thru we saw a sign that said they were closing early at 7. After pulling around and parking we see all of them just sitting around for some kind of meeting. One employee walked to the front SOLELY to lock the door in our face then the manager came over and asked if I had a mobile order. While waiting for the drinks another mobile order went through and they then were talking about “turning it off” which idk why it wasn’t already off if they knew they were closing at 7? After we got our drinks I then asked for the food we ordered and heard complaints from employees. After standing there waiting for the food for over 10 minutes the manager announced the oven would need 10 more minutes to heat up. Then the group of them started laughing and saying how they wouldn’t be waiting for 10 minutes and one employee was even like “I got $2 in my pocket rn” as if he was even offering that lol. After all the bad mouthing I finally decided to just get the refund because nothing on the menu is worth an almost 30 minute wait. Maybe the next meeting should be about customer service

When attempting to use this dunkin for anything (especially pickup orders) you are guaranteed at least one issue with your order. They continue to run out of ice of all things on a consistent enough basis to be annoying, they fail to have multiple items you attempt to order, and then they fail to provide you a refund for said items because they don’t have any customer service employees available.
With Starbucks being roughly 3ish miles down the road, I would recommend heading that way for satisfying orders. If you can’t stand to drive that far, there is a McDonald’s right across the street that can at least get 2 things right and will give you a refund if they can’t. Hope to see this place under new management or closed down and replaced with a better chain in the future.

This location has major issues. There’s no consistency in the drinks, and they don’t know how to properly order supplies so they are constantly out of things, including cups. Today when I arrived at the drive through, there was an entire list posted of items that weren’t available, 3 of which were included in my mobile order. I ended up just getting a refund and leaving because if there’s no large cups, I’m not paying for a large just to get a medium.

They made an absolutely beautiful and delicious ice cream cake for our daughters birthday. She loved it so much and we definitely could not have been happier with how much detail and effort they put into making it. (We purchased the Tinkerbell and mushroom separate)

DO NOT GO HERE! Lady on headset made us wait 5 minutes before she answered us, we sat in line for another 20 just for her to forget we had a mobile order. She then gives us one drink and tells us to “have a nice day” in a hurry. We tell her we’re missing 2 chicken biscuits, an apple fritter, and another drink, she gives us our other drink and a biscuit and slams the window in our faces. Her name tag said “Ona” on it and she had orange curly hair. Calling corporate office.
