The assistant manager Jackie is very disrespectful. I thought my order went through for 2 frozen Carmel coffee. And I went in to try to up size which she was really rude. I plainly apologized. While she walked off not even listening. So she sit the 2 drinks down while I thought my card and app went through. She came out of the store saying you didn’t pay for those. A complete accident I don’t know too much about online service. And while walking back in she so rudely told another customer that I didn’t know what the hell I was doing. I don’t appreciate how I was treated or talked. And her telling another customer that. You don’t do that it is not to good towards the company. I am in there everyday if not twice a day. I don’t appreciate her rudeness. Or unprofessional like behavior.

When we came in with our kids they were so excited to get Dunkin’! The girls were on their phones. No one even spoke to us for the longest time. No hello nothing just them complaining about who was or wasn’t coming in and listening to voicemails. So we finally got the donuts. But they were crunchy and dry! Terrible experience!

Disappointing. The customer service was NOT good. They couldn’t get the order correct after multiple tries. Of course it was not correct when we received the food. The hash browns (all six little rounds) were over cooked and cold. We told them, they brought 6 back the very same without a spoken word…just handed them to us. The sandwich was not correct either and it did not taste good. We won’t be back. This was our second try here, and both times were similar. This small town needs a Dunkin – but this one falls very short. Don’t waste your time or money.

The place is literally brand new,
They just opened yesterday.
But they will have to do better at 6:00 am this morning I have been in line for 20 minutes,
I only had 4 cars in front of me when I arrived.

I love Frappuccinos and I get them at Starbucks as a treat now and again. Today I went to Lowe’s and saw the Dunkin’ store across the street. I decided to get one. I pulled up to the drive thru, but there are no flavors listed on the outside menu, so I ask, “What flavor frappe’s do you have?” I was told,”We have coffee cake and chocolate chip.” So I said, “I will try a large chocolate chip.” I see on the screen 1 muffin. So I say “We must be on the wrong page, I did not order a muffin. She says, “What did you say?” I repeated, “I asked what flavor frappe’s do you have?” And she replied, “Oh we have all of them.” I told her thank you and drove away. It should not be that hard to order a treat!!! Oh well guess I saved on the calories!!!

The more I thought about the stupidity of the situation the more I was aggrevated. Who orders a LARGE muffin??? That should have made her realize there was a miscommunication. Now I am a total hater of AI and prefer human interactions. But I got home and googled what flavor frappe’s Dunkin’ has and google AI had no problem answering the question listing several flavors. The person with the brain could not grasp the fact that I didn’t know the flavors they had… Hence my question. This is why companies are replacing people with computers.

I went with my son after his award ceremony for second grade and he enjoyed our dining in time. The ladies were all very kind and patient with his questions on the donuts, the food was fresh and good quality, store appeared cleaned and well kept, and all the workers were working really hard and fast but still stayed pleasant. We appreciate you and your positive attitudes! Thank you!

1/14/24 @7:00. Stopped by to get a coffee, greeted with trap music coming from the speaker… order coffee 2 girls stand around as my coffee sets at least 10m a guy who works there who is actually “working” finally hands me my coffee without him they would need to shut the place down. The two girls who are on their phones standing around doing nothing need to be replaced… manager review the cameras. I will gladly drive to scooters fast better coffee and service!
