I ordered a large iced matcha. Less ice no foam so id have more to drink. I got pulled and waited for two large drinks. When I finally received my matcha it was half filled. I went inside and all they did was add more ice to “make it look better.” The cashier also said to next time order foam so it looks better. I just wanted more matcha not all the fancy foam or all this ice. I have more ice in my cup than anything.

Drive through service marked my order as iced when I ordered hot. I told the lady I wanted a hot drink, she says “I will get it fixed for you”. I pull up to the window, pay and get sent forward to wait because “they are still making my drink”. When it finally comes out, the drink is iced. I state again that I wanted a hot beverage. “Lexy” begins to explain to me how they attempted to give me a hot beverage and I refused it. Then continued arguing with me about how I should just accept the iced beverage. I demanded a refund, got attitude from her and walked out. While writing this review, 3 employees come out. They ask what I am waiting for and when I explain the situation, I am asked “then why are you still here?”. “Lexy” comes out and shuttles them all inside. “Have a great day sir!”

I’ve gone to multiple dunkin’s in NKY and this is apart of the others that make drinks that taste like milk with no coffee. too inconsistent and pretty irritating paying $6+ for a cup of iced creamer.

This was ABSURD this Sunday. I walked in, and the cashier was super sweet. There were two blondes, one I think was Kynsley? She was being very loud with the other blonde. They were making inappropriate comments, and my child overheard them and kept repeating it. It was absolutely not okay! I should not have to fear that my children will hear such nonsense in a workplace environment. I understand they’re teenagers, but c’mon!

I go to Dunkin at least 4 times a week and ask for the same drink. Dunkin always makes it perfect or is willing to remake it to fit my needs. Without complaint. Thanks Dunkin!!

Literally the worst donuts ive had. I seriously feel like i can get better donuts at any bakery in NKY. I wish I could post a pic of the donuts I always get from independence dunkin but there terrible. The fact that they sell them for money amazes me how there still in business when donuts are there most popular food item. Lol im done with independence dunkin.

I haven’t been back here since being given what appeared to be food poisoning/expired milk around 2021. I ordered a frozen hot chocolate and a sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich on my way to work. Within an hour of eating, my hands started to tingle and go numb and I was lightheaded. I went home early from work and had chills and puking. I tried contacting the manager after I heard other people had the same experience but I didn’t get a response.

I normally love this location. However, I just went through the drive thru. I ordered an assortment of the munchkin donut holes. This is what I received. Notice the size difference between the donut holes. I opened the box expected to receive the donut holes all the same size as the glazed one pictured. The smaller donut was about the size of a quarter. I feel I just wasted my money. I’m a little disappointed in what I paid for. This usually does not occur.

Not sure what the change point has been in the last few months and even more severe in the last several weeks but every time I go it’s at least a 20-30 minute wait…especially if you order any food items. Today, I placed a mobile order 30 minutes PRIOR to arriving at the store. I walk in to pure chaos and angry customers everyone asking for refunds. It seemed like the 20 people or so working had no clue how to actually run the shop. 5 different people asked me what I was waiting for and all said the same thing…were working on it. Finally the first kid that inquired came back over and asked again…he laughed and said oh yea I remember you from an hour ago. I took the food but after we drove off my daughter let me know the order was made wrong. This is the 3rd time in the last 2 months that I’ve ordered the $6 sandwich and been given the $2 wrap. I normally stop by 4-5 times a week but today was it for me. We’ll leave a little earlier from now on and support Bailey Jayne’s in Walton.
