I stopped here to get a cold brew and a turkey sausage egg wrap. I decided to walk in since they were busy and the drive-thru was about 8 cars deep. After waiting around 10 minutes for my wrap, the person dropped the bag with my food, and the wrap fell out, so they had to remake it, which took a few more minutes. It definitely wasn’t quick, and no one acknowledged my long wait or the need to remake my order. Don’t go here if you want fast, friendly service.

I normally love this location, have since we moved to the area three years ago. Recently, things have changed. I’m assuming someone new is making the donuts some mornings and doesn’t really care about quality. I spoke to a manager who was so nice and understanding, gave it a week, went back and it’s the same issue. I order the same thing twice a week and unfortunately I’ll have to start getting it elsewhere. Hopefully they can get the situation resolved because I’m sure I’m not the only one who has brought this up. Mini jelly donuts with absolutely no filling in some and hardly any in the rest. The one pictured has a hole and that’s it, just a dry donut. These are my absolute favorites and I hate that I can no longer get them right down the street.

Went to this Dunkin’ and ordered two frozen drinks and some Munchkins. When I got to work and tried my drink, it tasted extremely bitter and almost burnt. I know Dunkin’ doesn’t use espresso for frozen drinks, but something was clearly off—it was honestly undrinkable. My girlfriend also tried the drink and started gagging it was so bad.
We brought it back to get it fixed, and instead of being helpful, the staff made my girlfriend feel uncomfortable and very “mean-girled.” Not a great experience at all. Mistakes happen, but the attitude afterward is what really sealed it for us. We will be stopping at our home dunkin before coming up here from now on to avoid this in the future. 0/10 service.

It’s Dunkin Donuts. The breakfast sandwiches were actually pretty good and generous for this type of establishment. Donuts were good as usual. Too bad the employee messed up our order and acted like it was my fault for them missing items when I came back to get the rest of it. A simple sorry goes a long way.

The wake up wrap we got today for my toddler It’s very burnt and the tortilla wouldn’t even close, my son wouldn’t eat it, a very lazy way to make a wake up wrap

They have been here now for a while and I absolutely love them they have some of the best employees and great services. No matter if I order online or in the drive thru they alway know my order and are always right on and if for some reason my order is wrong they alway make it right. I will go out of just to come here because I know im always going to receive amazing service thank you guys for being great and being apart of my day tour the best keep up the great work.
