This makes twice now I have went through drive thru and had to wait 15 plus minutes for 1 small drink. Its sad that this will be my last visit because seven brew across the street is faster than dunkin. I was second car in line today. Lost my business.

Went in at 3:30 to get a dozen donuts. Took 15 minutes for the what looks like 14 year old boy to take my order, after he took it he walked off. Looked in the back and he’s standing there drinking a coffee as me and 6 other people are waiting for our orders to be taken. Got 3 powdered, 3 cinnamon, 3 glazed, 3 frosted. Every single powdered and cinnamon donut is so hard, I literally was able to snap them in half. They didn’t rip, they didn’t tear. They snapped in half from being THAT stale.

I do visit often this place . They gave me meat (NON VAGE) in my vegi order. Also instead of 16 oz coffee they gave me 12 oz. They do not know even size.

Extremely slow service every single time. My order is often wrong as well. They either need to hire more people or retrain. While I waited in store today for 15 minutes for my 2 drinks, they had 2 disgruntled drive through customers come inside to complain about messed up orders.

This could have easily been a 5 star review. But the Last 5 visits the coffee tastes like milk. No chocolate, no Carmel, no peppermint flavor at all…only MILK. So disappointed. Guess we will have to take our business somewhere else. Gave them so many chances. Unless they can make it right for my family of 6 that go there several times a week.

I went through the drive through and ordered 2 long johns. As we pulled away, my grand daughter and I bit into them and they had custard in them. I went back and went inside and had to argue with two girls who kept telling me a long john has custard and an eclair is the one that didnt. One even told me the long john is just another version of the Boston cream donut. I told them their trays are mixed and that is not right. She then told me I would have to pay for more because I had touched them. Finally a third girl put two long johns in a bag and quietly said “I think the trays are switched”

Stopped in to get a coffee at 9:20 am stood at the counter for about 10 minutes no one ever helped us so my husband asked the girl in a black t shirt if anyone is working the counter she looked at him and walked away so we left. Very poor service. We stopped at the location every day over the weekend. It was slow to get our orders but at least we got waited on where as today we were ignored. Location not recommended
