My husband & I walked into this Dunkin after about 7 hours of driving. We were immediately impressed by the cleanliness of the space & the upbeat atmosphere. The public was enjoying their food in the dining room. We ordered a hot coffee and a couple donuts—all of which were fresh and yummy! We enjoyed our experience so much that we made a point to stop by on our way back a few days later. This time we added two breakfast sandwiches to our order and were very pleased with the quality. Again, many people were enjoying their dining room, which was nice to see! The cashier and other customer service employees are top tier. The clean restrooms are also to note! 10/10 would recommend if you ever pass through!

Truly disappointed with thr food quality this morning. The hashbrowns were soggy. I ordered the turkey sausage egg and cheese and the meat was burnt beyond recognition. And the iced vanilla sweet cream cold brew. Actually tasted like vomit. Its 9:30 am. Not a single person in line. Ive been to McDonald’s in NYC at midnight that were 10xs better and busier. I want to start off by saying that the employees at Dunkin are exceptional! Very friendly and kind.
Today I went to Dunkin like I do everyday before work for breakfast. I always get a mango Dunkin refresher with green tea ,no ice and extra concentrate along with a breakfast sandwich. I have been going to Dunkin for over a year now. I’m there 6 days a week. Starbucks used to be my place until I had a refresher from Dunkin. Today I went and was told that they can no longer make my drink because they don’t have a up charge button. I never cared about being uncharged I understand with no ice comes extra product. I get it! However, I was told they can no longer make my drink. Wow! What customer service! Dunkin would rather lose a customer than find a way to up charge. Really blows my mind. Guess it’s back to Starbucks for me. Good job management for losing a loyal customer!

We go to this dunkin often because it is close to home. But today we went and the atmosphere was so much differe t. Idk if its just because of new workers maybe or just today, but the service was terrible. We pull to the window and our drinks are all messy. Food soggy. Drink i asked for extra chai in tasted like milk and no flavor. The kady forgot half our food and was rushing us out of the drive thru and knky gave us the correct order when we said “uh, i paid for that” and she woukd give it to us. No saying sorry for the inconvenience or anything. I work fast food so i know how it goes, if you mess up an order you say sorry and fix it. She didnt even do that. She looked annoyed and had a fake like tone in her voice when handing us the food. Overall was a bad experience today. If its like this again i wont be coming back.

Went inside for the first time , and I was so frustrated because I Was first to give my order, but the last one to receive my drink on top of that I got half a cup of the drink, and the drink was sour. I don’t think he took the time to make it because it didn’t taste the same as usual.!! I work with customers and it don’t matter how busy it is you take your time to make sure each customer is satisfied and do the things correctly!!!

I don’t want to be this person but Katherine you are the backbone of this store. I come in all the time and Katherine is CONSTANTLY working cleaning cooking. I was waiting to order and 3 people walked by on their phone without acknowledging me, whatever ya know? But Katherine stopped everything she was doing to assist me with a smile! She didn’t even give anyone a dirty look or a side eye for not doing their job and that just makes me want to be more like that. Katherine hats off to you!

Update: decided to give this place second try and to no surprise I was disappointed again. Ordered a loaded hasbrown bowl and it had a big black hair in it! YUCK!!! This place is an absolute joke! I know they just opened, but it should not take 30 minutes at 630am. To get munchkins and a coffee. They were running around like chickens with their heads cut off. The girl tried to charge me 17 dollars for 8 munchkins… she didn’t know what she was doing. Very disappointed to say the least!

Needed some Dunkin on the drive south and this spot was perfect. I’m thinking this location is brand new. The employees were a little scattered but all in all they did a great job. My coffee was ON POINT, 10 out of 10. Very clean inside and out and they had a plethora of donuts still available at 4pm. Thanks Dunkin!

While in the drive thru to get a coffee we told the lady that my daughter was gluten free and needed the server to put gloves on to make her coffee ..what we got was a ha and a rude lady telling us that their syrup probably had gluten in it..but never checked
