Normally I don’t have a problem with this dunkin, but I wasn’t thrilled with them at all this time. Both me and my husband got 2 of their hot signature lates, and neither one were sweet at all, and then neither one was filled very high at all. We even got larges! My husband’s looked just like mine pictured below.. There was plenty of space to fill it up more. Was looking forward to a hot coffee. Definitely wasn’t what I was hoping for

All I did was politely ask when my food would be out! This lady actually scoffed and rolled her eyes at me! And came back later to practically throw my food at me!
Im not joking! Shes an older bigger lady with blonde hair. And I think I overheard her name was Katrina from the other workers.
Is this a normal experience here? Who are you hiring! I certainly wont be coming back if I cant even receive my food politely!

Ordered 2 orders of bagel bites and they rang me up for 4. When I asked why I was being charged $11 instead of $5 they confirmed that they are $5 each and did not bother to clarify that there were 4 orders instead of 2 when I asked. Then when I got them they were ice cold like they had been pulled out of the fridge and stuffed into the bag. Went back in to get new, cooked ones, and they also came out frozen in the middle

Today, five min ago , I was given two orders of mushy hash browns. Not crispy like advertised on their menu. My kids thank you for ruining their breakfast. Literally they can’t even hold them they are falling apart. This is why I haven’t gone to Dunkin’ Donuts in ten years and now I will never go back.
They also charged me for my food before informing me they were out of the bacon egg bites. Great staff you got there.

By far the WORST store ever!!! Not only do they ALWAYS mess up your order. Today they charged me for someone else’s order & when I said I wanted the money they owed me back, they offered me donuts. On to of that, when they finally figured out their mistake, they hand me a half melted frozen coffee & the bagel I ordered toasted was frozen solid. Safe yourself the time and go to the other location in Richmond. They’re faster and don’t mess your order up.

You can’t go wrong with donuts and coffee, and Dunkin knows those well!! So delicious! We got a dozen variety pack donuts and two large coffees, hence not much left in the picture because they are so good! They aren’t terrible on price either. We paid 17.00 for a dozen and 2 absolutely huge specialty coffees, so not to bad. Check them out in their drive thru for quick service and super duper delicious food!

This Dunkin’ location always has friendly workers. I love the holiday and seasonal donuts! However, a lot of the time they don’t have all of the menu items especially when it comes to the food items. Despite that I love this Dunkin it has been my go to since I was in college around 7 years ago!!!

I was in the Richmond KY dunkin’ Donuts today just before Christmas I think they ran out of donuts and some products except for coffee of course . Two weeks ago a lady pretty much was yelling at one of the employees cause her coffee wasn’t made right . Richmond KY already has way to many coffee shops it’s a collage town , I think they need to seriously have two other bakers there in case that were to happen again just saying even one of the day time managers had two weeks ago a talk with there bakers it didn’t work obviously.
