We placed a mobile order and after waiting 15 minutes in the drive thru we got our (drinks). This is there less/light Ice apparently. Yes, this is the cup it’s filled with more than 75% ice for almost $7.00. Don’t think we will be going back and just stick with Starbucks or home brewed coffee.

We tried using a gift card and the cashier said it was empty. We checked it once we got home, and it had a balance of $10. The munchkins were still good, we went early in the morning to avoid the stale donuts everyone else is getting. The worst part was my bagel. The sticker says “toasted,” but this is more burnt than anything. How could they think this was okay to serve? I think additional training needs to be done.

I came to get a coffee from this location Friday evening at the drive-through. I asked for a small hot coffee — I said it many times — and when I got to the window to pay, I also asked the girl to please make sure my coffee was hot.
She said yes, it’s hot. Once I got the coffee and drove off from the drive-through, I opened the lid and tried it. It was extremely cold and very, very old. I’m 100% sure this coffee was made in the morning.
It was a very bad experience, and I will never go back there again. I honestly do not recommend it to anyone.
I already told my family and friends, who also experienced something similar.
Honest to god it’s pricy for a small coffee to 2.49
When you can get a very hot coffee of scooters and i recommend that place and it’s way better.

Every time I go I get a triple frozen mocha. The cup is never lined with syrup like the picture shows, and today my $6 frozen coffee didn’t have coffee. It tastes different every time I get one. A shame

Went in on a Saturday morning, drive thru was busy so I waited about 5 minutes, ordered a dozen assorted donuts, was given all glazed frosted donuts with sprinkles after explaining to the girl taking the order I wanted assorted, cream filled, apple fritter, glazed (which she informed me they did not have) so I parked and walked in as this is not what I ordered. I waited for about 20 minutes in a line of 3, got the donuts I requested in the drive through (yes a glazed donut as well) The donuts were sub par. The service from the inside lady was great. Not worth the $14 I paid for the dozen of donuts. I wont be returning but not because of service, the donuts were just not good, they did not taste fresh was a disappointment

If you’re going for the donuts, don’t waste your money. I went at 9:30 am and the donuts were so stale they were hard. I cannot believe a donut place sells donuts that are worse than box donuts at a gas station.

I stopped by the sheperdsville dunkin donuts today and although they were extremely busy, the manager on duty, I think she said her name was linsey, was so nice and helpful to me and my daughter. She made our frozen caramel drinks and they were hands down the best we had ever had! Thank you linsey!

No comparison to fresh Krispe K. These taste like boxed donuts on the shelf at dollar store. Actually even those are better! Guess if you want coffee, but why not grab it anywhere? Very disappointed in lack of freshness.
