️!!!!!!! Warning ⚠️ NEVER I REPEAT NEVER GO TO DUNKIN FOR BREAKFAST. Why did nobody tell me?! 6 hash browns with an order? Yall got me this time! Never again!! $12.00 for a basic meal ♀️ and not to mention I had to wait on 6 hash browns?! Tupelo return to sender PLEASE! And WOW YOU DIDNT EVEN ADD MY EGG TO MY SANDWICH. Not to mention, nobody was in line (should have been a sign right there) 3 people working in the lobby and I had to wait almost 3 minutes before they took my order. Ugh BBB somebody needs to be terminated immediately. America does not run off Dunkin’… ZERO STARS!!! This is a warning don’t waste your hard earned money on this !!!

On multiple occasions, at different times, on different days, I have gone to Dunkin’ donuts to get an Avocado toast. Almost every single time, no matter WHAT time I go, I am told their ovens are down for cleaning. I have truly tried to be understanding and patient. However, after this being at least the fourth different time I have been told this, I feel the need to leave a review. The first time this happened, it was in January. I let it slide because we had snowstorms/ice etc. The second time I went I was told the same thing. I was frustrated, as I had waited a couple of days to go again to try and avoid this issue. Then, it happened a third time. I waited a couple of weeks and now, once again, I am left with no toast. This arises a couple of questions. Why on God’s green earth do the staff choose to “clean the ovens” in the middle of the day??? Why is it so inconsistent?? Some days I get my food and some days I don’t, regardless of the time. When I do get the food, it is delicious, which is why I find myself trying to get it again. After today, March 2nd 2026, I genuinely might never go here again. Quite frankly, it’s hard for me to not take it personal at this point. I’ve tried going on different days, at different times, and at this point you’ve lost a customer.

Went to the drive-thru thinking I was at Starbucks I guess expecting great service and a pleasant smile… NOPE! Then had audacity to ask for a tip! Went at 4:25 PM on 1/10/26. Note to staff if you’re mad or can’t turn off whatever is going on emotionally; STAY AT HOME AMD DON’T EXPECT A TIP!

It was amazing people are nice and welcoming I enjoy my self and the food was yummy even the ultimate bacon sandwich and the bacon snack too. And the coffee is amazing as well . They make it how you requested it. Should come and try it

HORRIBLE horrible excuse of an establishment. The workers were so high they didn’t remember my order from the time it took me to get from the speaker to the window. Had to order at the window again. Gave me the wrong drink, drink tasted like old stale water & literally was rude on top of that when I didn’t tip. Do better Dunkin & you employees, do better for yourself jeez.

I had orderer in my app and they were closed due to air conditioning issues. Which I understand. However I had already paid. Unlike other places in Tupelo that we have dealt with, they got in contact with my almost immediately. The next day I went up there and was greeted by Ms.Bre , who I talked to twice on the phone. She jumped up and took care of me with a smile and threw in a couple free donuts for the trouble. By far the BEST customer service in Tupelo!

Myself and my daughter go to Dunkin A lot to get Dunkalattes and they are always OUT of Coffee Milk .!!! Like who orders the supplies ..! The Dunkalattes are so good.. but they are always running out of supplies!

I did a mobile order (drive thru) and they were sold out of my item which is fine but when I asked for a refund they told me I had to cancel it and do it on the app. There was no where to cancel it and when I asked how to do it they didn’t give me any response. I had to submit a case to wait up to 2 days to get a response on getting my money back.

Went thru drive thru for pick up order. Line was long and very slow moving. Some people bailed out. I would have skipped it if I hadn’t already ordered online. If it wasn’t already bad enough that it took forever…the donuts that I ordered were out (like always at this location). A basic mix of donuts and most weren’t available.
Skip this place and go to the gym.

This dunkin has been my best experience since opening I’m from.a big city so when I first arrived it was only starbucks I was overjoyed when yall opened. The staff has always been pleasant and I still see 1 or 2 staff who has been there since opening I enjoy that overall I love this dunkin dont ever leave
