Apple fritter, I’ve had them all the time from Mom and Pop and also grocery store chains across the US. My first time getting one here. Got to be the worst looking apple fritter, had some type of a goo inside of it and not your stand chunks of Apple. I’ve never seen one like this before. Every other one across the Nation all look the same At a non Dunkin donut place. First bite into it, definitely doesn’t taste like a very good apple fritter. I won’t be returning to Dunkin donuts for one. I’ll find another place in the area. This one was $2.51. very pricey

Not sure what happened recently in the last few months, either change in management or lack of training for employees but this place has gone down hill. I used to love stopping for my morning coffee and it would taste super good. The past few months I’ve gotten maybe less than a handful of drinks that tastes somewhat decent. & that’s even using the app and customizing my own. Their drinks are normally either SUPER watery, bitter or they never put enough ice and it tastes gross. I would have to go in and have them remake my drink but eventually just stopped going because I kept wasting money.

I will not be back here! On 1/1/2026 around 4 pm the so called manager was very rude and unprofessional. She was not helping her newly hired coworkers out, instead she was just standing around barking orders and being very disrespectful to her new hire by not treating him appropriately. Waited 35 minutes just so they could sell out of what we ordered. Took a family’s order first and served them first after we had already ordered ours first. Kept our money and when confronted, told us to leave.

Open Mondays! In Sparta, donuts were impossible to find on a Monday. Fortunately there is now a Dunkin in town.
Atmosphere inside is cool and modern. The team is friendly and helpful.

I ordered the loaded hashbrowns with extra cheese – and twice now you’ve NOT added extra cheese. I even questioned the girl at the window as she handed me my food. She says “it should have extra cheese”. You are correct! It SHOULD HAVE as I PAID FOR THAT. But once again Sparta Dunkin you failed to get the order right.

Ordered a dozen donuts and there was 3 ants in the box when I opened it to check that they were the correct ones. I have never had this happen and I go to dunkin alot usually its the cookeville location though. Placed the order online im not sure if they sat for a min in the store but thats unacceptable. My coffee was good and the customer service was great cant comment on atmosphere cause ive never been inside. The food though yea check before pulling off so you dont waste over $10 on donuts.
