I called because I had a simple question, and from the second the lady picked up the phone, you would have thought I had personally ruined her entire day just by existing. She sounded beyond irritated — like it was the greatest inconvenience in the world that she had to answer the phone and do her job. The attitude was unreal.
Then, while I was on hold, I could clearly hear them in the background talking badly about the customers going through the drive-through. Laughing, complaining, making rude comments — it was honestly shocking. It felt so unprofessional and disrespectful. If that’s how they talk about customers when they think no one is listening, I can only imagine how they treat people to their faces.
Every single time I’ve gone to this place, the staff has been rude, dismissive, and act like customers are a burden. I have never felt welcomed there — only tolerated at best. This was the final straw for me. I will absolutely not be coming back. No one deserves to be treated like they’re an annoyance for simply asking a question or placing an order.

I stopped on my way to work, 2 ahead of me and a 20 minute wait time i felt like. Staff seemed to not know what they were doing. I ordered a mixed munchkin 10 ct. Sf vanilla late. And a toasted bagel with cream cheese. My munchkins were hard. My late was litterally 4 drinks due to the amount of foam. And my bagel… it wasnt toasted, but in fact cold. I am not the type to complain a lot and i will give positive feedback as well as negative, but this is an exlerience i cant give good on. Will not return.

Ordered several drinks one was a medium hot chocolate. Left went to a football game. The hot chocolate was not hot chocolate, but it was hot black coffee . Mobile order 10 minutes earlier, still had to wait on the hot chocolate, they were more interested in the drive thru than a walk in!

My car stalled out and would not start back up right beside the intercom. Every single worker at this location was incredibly kind while I waited for the wrecker to come and get my car for me. Right before I left, they actually brought my order out and comped it for me. They made a stressful time much more manageable for me.

Ordered doordash. Our drinks came quickly and were well packaged for the ride. We got the refresher lemonades in mango pineapple and strawberry dragon fruit. They were quite sweet for my taste but very delicious.

We’ve gotten jelly donuts without any jelly, coffee with all the sugar on the bottom, walked inside and waited a lot longer than if we drove through. Saying all that, the drive through is pretty fast and always got what we ordered.

Ordered two bagel minis and one salted caramel cold brew. Only one person in front of us and some in the drive thru. Took a few extra minutes, but not too bad. Employees were kind and greeted us upon arrival and departure. They worked fast and are probably still learning everything, since place is still pretty new.

Cane here around 9 roughly 40 minutes before they closed , the man on the speaker made it feel rushed and sounded annoyed.
I ordered 2 drinks for a friend and I and my husbands drink as well. After we payed we waited 5-7 minutes on the drinks which understandably there was a couple but we weren’t briefed on it taking a second by any means and the lady who handed us our drinks was definitely nicer , she handed us the first two drinks , she was very polite but we needed up having to remind her we had 3 which understandable because she didn’t take our order and things could’ve got mixed up but neither of the drinks had cold foam and all 3 were barely filled all the way, we checked and not even a receipt on the cup. Felt very rushed and off putting but the woman was very nice and the man with the longer hair needs more customer service training. I’ve worked in fast food before and I understand things get frustrating but we definitely weren’t the reason and we’d had just as of a long night. No excuse. 9/6/25

I didnt catch the employees name, but they got a little busy and she caught the mistakes she made making my drink. She was so kind and it ended up being one of the best drinks I’ve received from Dunkin.

I did give it 5 stars until the last couple months the drinks haven’t been good and donuts not fresh. I order the same drink every time and somehow tastes different every time lately and not in a good way. It used to be so good.. but I go to Jefferson Dunkin and order the same drink and its good. I’m not sure what’s going on. But both locations do not have fresh donuts like ever..maybe invest in putting doors on your donut area maybe they’d stay fresh for later in the day.
