The hash browns DID arrive but they were ice cold and I can squeeze grease out of them. DISGUSTING.
WORST ORDER I’VE EVER RECEIVED.
The only correct item is the promo item (black coffee) I received for free!
Go to the other location in Columbia!
We use the app to order ,so have already paid upon arrival and then are only notified of the changes/missing items once we arrive at the window to pick up. We are then either left with something we weren’t expecting/not wanting or nothing at all.
Do yourself a favor and skip this store.
Anyway, We went there today. Ordered 2 extra large hot coffee one with cream and sugar the other black. Thank goodness for the cream and sugar because the cap was not secure and the cup collapsed as she handed to me. I have first degree burns from it on my hand and thumb. Accidents happen.
She said she was sorry about it. I went inside and cooled it off with water. She gave me ice for it.
Then I had to get my car washed to get the coffee cream and sugar off of it. Cost me 18 dollars to do. But then, I get home and my sandwich looks like this. …really??? Talk about adding insult to injury
The donuts were stale and the toasted sandwich was not toasted and cold. My wife’s bagel was satisfactory.
I don’t know if this is a corporate policy or just Trotwood Dunkin’s, regardless, I won’t be back. I will no longer patronize this location, and likely other Dunkin locations. So disappointing…
