I waited a couple weeks to try this new location because I think all new businesses need a little bit to get everything running smoothly. The store was clean and the lady behind the counter was friendly when we came in.

That being said, we looked at the menu before going in. My son wanted a Coolata and that wasn’t on the menu board. I asked if they made them there and it seemed like they were unfamiliar with them at first, but they do and my son said it was good. However, I ordered a coffee with skim milk and the young guy taking my order told me “No one ever ordered it (skim milk), so we stopped getting it. We just do half water half milk when people order that.” After only a couple weeks being open “no one ever” seems like a strange statement. Also, if they’d done that with my drink I would’ve gotten really sick to my stomach. But, because they had almond milk, I tried to look past that because I really just wanted to try the donuts.

The donuts were NOT fresh. They were dry, which is saying a lot when it’s a jelly filled donut.

So, unfortunately, at this time, I don’t plan to go back. There’s many other delicious options in Millington for coffee and fresh donuts. If you’re reading this, try SB donuts and the Potters Cup in Abandoned Antiques.

Ok so listen, the last Dunkin Donuts that was in Millington on 51 was here for maybe a year, if that. In my opinion most of that reason was due to the terrible customer service. When I seen they opened up another one I was extremely happy because I actually love their coffee more than Starbucks and my home town there’s a Dunkin everywhere you go. I’ve gone there 3 times so far. Twice through the drive thru and once inside. 2 out of the 3 times the service was not good at all. I’ve worked in the food industry in many different positions including a server. Your customers need to feel like they are wanted there, not feel like they are a nuisance to you. The time I went inside I stood there for 3 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. It was 7:30 in the morning and I was the only one inside. They were all working on other orders from the drive through. This isn’t rocket science. You have to have workers focusing on the customers inside and outside. All of them shouldn’t be working on orders while a customer is standing there waiting for his order to be taken. I was in there for a total of 10 minutes I got a coffee and a breakfast sandwich, that’s ridiculous. The other time in the drive thru I dealt with the same guy these other reviews are talking about. Fire him immediately. Then train your employees on how to treat customers. You need to have a rhythm cause right now it’s all chaos in there. This Dunkin will suffer the same fate as the other location if this keeps up. And to that guy, if you don’t like your job QUIT!! Learn how to treat customers right first Christ sake

I arrived at Dunkin at about 0630pm, Wednesday, February 25th. I am a pretty average looking guy, still in my work clothes. I know a lot about coffee, but very little about refreshers other than my wife loves them.

I stepped inside and was greeted by the girl behind the counter with a smile and hello. Female, white, thin with a bright smile and great customer voice, long dark hair, I didn’t get her name. The other individual was a taller white male, short blond hair and paler skin. He seemed… annoyed? Okay, late shift, I get it.

I walk up and he proceeds to begin taking my order but his tone is as uninterested as possible. And again, an open sort of annoyance to it. I’m frustrated but I order a strawberry dragon fruit refresher as per my wife’s request, and a mango pineapple for myself to try one ( my wife loves them, may as well try it, right?).

He asks me what base I want, and i reply that I don’t know what options there are and ask him for them. He directly looks me in the face as if I spilled something on the counter, huffs, then lists them off in a tone that comes across as “do you seriously not know this, it’s basic!”. At this point I just want to get the drinks and be done, so I get sparkling water for both.

I wait in the lobby, and the girl lets me know shortly the drinks are made. She smiles and goes to hand my wifes to me, and the guy comes over and makes AN ENTIRE SHOW of scoffing at her, and telling her to “mix it better”, to which she points out it is pretty well mixed ( the flavoring was pretty well mixed, maybe an inch or two of clear water at the top, no big deal ). The poor girl is standing there with an apologetic look while this guy completely breaks her down for a minute difference. He then proceeds to shake the drinks himself, gives her another scoff, and hands them to me as if he just won a contest and made some grand point.

Honestly, the drinks taste great. But that’s not what expected my first time in this local Dunkin. It’s a fairly new location, and I expected a bit more in professionalism and courtesy. Overall, I congratulate the girl on not decking the guy, to be frank. It’s not a way to talk to fellow workers, or to customers, for that matter.

Sincerely hope that this guy isn’t there the next time we go to get drinks, or I’m likely to get some somewhere else just to avoid the attitude and performance.

Placed a mobile order. Went through the drive though a few seconds later (my bad). I was the only person there… said I have a mobile order and got told “ok” so I went around. No one was at the first window so I went around to the 2nd. About 3-4 minutes passed. Then I hear “hey! Reverse!” So instead of walking 5 feet I had to reverse back to the first window and hope nobody was coming around the drive through. Grabbed my coffee then guy said “oh btw next time wait a few before pulling through the drive through” if I’m the only person there why does it matter??

I was the 2nd person in the drive-thru. I get up to the speaker and no response for a couple minutes. I proceeded to say “hello” into the microphone. Had to do it a few times before the guy got on. No apologies or introduction, just sounded like I was bothering him. I get to the 1st window and gave them my card and I was still friendly. The girl who took my card was nice, but the guy who took my order threw my receipt at me. Instead of apologizing, he just laughed and closed the window. I get to the 2nd window and received my drink. The drink was not what I had ordered. It had too much cream, lots of ice, and coffee not filled up. Sadly, I will not be spending my money here again.

Wife was excited that a new Dunkin was open
We went there and walked in.the girl at the counter with dark long hair did greet us and was ready to take our order. We ordered a dozen donuts and a banana espresso coffee. The drink seemed like half the bottle of syrup was in it. No taste of banana whatsoever. Not sure if it wasn’t mixed properly or not. Now the donuts. We did come in the afternoon before 2
The donuts tasted horrible. Like day old stale. No sure what happened there but was under the impression we were getting fresh donuts. They tasted day old. Left a bad grease taste. Not acceptable. We will not be back again. Wife is extremely crushed.
