We stopped at the “new” Dunkin Donuts location on Dolly Parton Pkwy in Sevierville, TN this evening for dessert. We bought 1/2 dozen mixed donuts. When we pulled over in a parking spot to indulge in a donut, we opened the box to find our jelly donuts busted, stale and flat, and the glazed donuts were old. My husband took them back inside and asked for fresh donuts. He was told they didn’t have any fresh donuts or any ingredients to make any, because the delivery truck hauling ingredients had an accident earlier and they were out of ingredients. My question is why didn’t he explain this when we placed our order in the drive thru? This was our first visit to this location, and it will be our last. So sad; it could have been a much better experience.
