Food was delicious! Got a sausage croissant, Avocado toast, a 6 piece hasbrown & an ice carmel coffee with cream & real sugar. Not the liquid kind. It’s pricey but tastes so good! Service was fast. I went through the drive through this morning. Everyone is always friendly.

Went through yesterday waiting in line at least 20 minutes, gave the girl at the drive through the order 2 times and when getting to the window she ask what we ordered again..we waited again while she ran around still confused. She handed us the coffee and then the sour sweet tea and then ask again what kinda donuts? Two other girls also working and the inside was not busy at all. The donut was dry and old and coffee tasted burned and the sweet tea was sour and thick..we were already headed home by the time we realized everything was disgusting. Terrible, everything including the service.

If you’re depending on them to make your drink correctly due to allergies or medical reasons please do not go here. They will make your drink different every day and I can guarantee it will have way more sugar than you ask for. If you go inside and ask them to fix it so you’re not wasting $5+ dollars they will not, they might remake it but it’s still going to be wrong and you’ll leave there feeling like you did something wrong.

Went around 530pm. Drive through was crazy and a few people inside. Staff was friendly and efficient. They didn’t have the donuts we wanted but like I said they were busy.

Ordering and wait time were fine, but the food items I got were disappointing. The bagel has barely any cream cheese and the tops of the croissant sandwiches are burnt in spots across the whole thing.

I work at another Dunkin and I called them twice the first time I heard them say “hang up on them” and then I was hung up on, second time I was still nice and I asked them my question again they left me on hold for 10 minutes. Idk what’s up with this place I had a simple question and everyone was being rude
