Food stale and burnt. Coffee burnt. Granulated sugar caressing my taste buds and stuck under my teeth and molars. Coffee tastes a shift old. I don’t know what I did to piss them off. Still ate it because I’m broke. I wanted to be in a good mood but my mood has not changed. Pissed me off so bad I relapsed. I was 5 years clean

Went there to grab my favorite coffee. While there I decided to buy a $16 travel cup. They wouldn’t put coffee in it or even rinse it out for me. Someone please explain why they can serve you in a paper cup but not put coffee in a cup that they sell? So stupid!

This is not the closest Dunkin Donuts to me, but I got accustomed to going there because it’s the closest to my daughter’s school. Now that it is summer time and school is out, I will still make my way there at least a couple times a week. My coffee has always been exactly how I like it. Sometimes, more often than I should lol, I will also order a French cruller (or two). Today I placed an order online. When I picked up my coffee, one of the very lovely employees informed me that she was baking some fresh crullers and asked if I would like to wait. I’ve never had a cruller right out of the oven so yes of course I will wait. A few minutes later she handed me my crullers with a friendly smile and sweet note on the box 🙂

I meet here a couple times a month with a friend to chat. While I don’t drink coffee their iced teas and refresher drinks are pretty good. The service is pretty quick, even when the drive through is busy I’ve only had to wait a couple minutes for a drink. The tables are usually clean, I’ve seen a few crumbs left over from kids enjoying their pastries that get left for a while, but the floors are always clean and clear of trash. The bathrooms are decent and stocked too. They have a nice little outdoor table under the shade of a beautiful tree if you don’t want to waste a nice day while you’re enjoying your treats.

Extremely disappointed with the service at this Dunkin’ location. My wife stopped by the night before my daughter’s birthday party to order five dozen pink donuts. The night manager told her it was good as long as they were available the next morning. When I arrived the next morning to pick them up, the morning manager informed me she could only sell me three dozen—even though they clearly had more available.
I explained that my wife had stopped by the night before specifically to avoid any issues, but she dismissed it and told me that in the future, the order needs to be placed 24 hours in advance. That would have been helpful to know when she was there. While she reluctantly sold me three dozen, it left me scrambling the morning of my daughter’s party and made an already busy day far more stressful than it needed to be.
This kind of inconsistency and poor communication is unacceptable—especially when you’re trying to plan something special for your child.
