I put in a mobile order for a cereal n milk iced latte add whip cream and loaded hash browns, brought my drink out with no whipped cream I had to inform them it was supposed to have it, they fixed that no big deal. Well then I get home and open my “loaded hash browns “ to find that there is almost no cheese. Literally just hash browns and bacon. I did call and they are going to replace it but it’s an inconvenience either way.

We order every morning if we dont have someone pick it up. Unfortunately the coffee is never the same no matter how you order it. Day ruined by 08:30 am. Coffee this morning tastes like burnt black coffee. Sandwhich wrong. 1/10 visits have been very good. Staffs always friendly which is fabulous. But when paying for items I would love for them to be correct.

Stopped by in the drive thru. Ordered a cheese sandwich and Large iced coffee. The cheese sandwich was hard and had a burnt taste. The coffee seemed weak and flavorless. Not was im used to from Duncan. Staff was quick to get us out of the drive thru. Probably won’t return.

Yesterday they were packed and very busy.They were so kind and smiling.There was a girl jumping from drive thru to front counter taking order helping with drinks and honestly she was amazing.Food was spot on and my latte were perfect.Thank you ladies you all made my day.Keep it up lafollette Dunkin. Coffee is your average cup of Joe, but it has good flavor. Atmosphere is 3 because I usually just hit the drive through. Service is good, in a matter of fact one employee, a man around his late teenage years around 4:00-4:30pm on a Tuesday started a conversation with me and my mother. I respect him for taking the time. Good experiences so far at this Dunkin’.

So far I’ve had great experiences since they opened. Drinks are always made perfectly and donuts are what you expect for a dunkin donuts. I haven’t tried any hot foods yet, but I’m sure they will be good too. Order with the app for a more accurate order. They just opened so please be patient while everyone gets the hang of things. If they get something wrong just let them know. I’m sure they’ll be happy to fix it. Glad to finally have one of my favorite coffee shops in town.
