Stopped in around 4pm on 1/1/26. The staff were so sweet and upbeat! Please pass my thanks and regards to the team working this shift. From the witty guy taking our order, to the kind gentleman serving the hashbrowns, we had an unexpectedly great experience during our pit stop back home.

I love you Dunkin and I would never ever rate you poorly but, the recent mega long waits with only 3/4 cars in the drive thru is saddening. Today 4 cars in the drive thru took 30 mins. Yesterday was a disaster at the drive thru and inside.. It’s never been this long before 🙁 Also a lot of the new older age staff are rude and pushy, then get the orders wrong still or charge me for someone else’s order. Please fix, but if you don’t I’ll still wait in a line for a hour because your the best.

This is the worst run coffee establishment I’ve ever been to. I order 20-30 minutes before I get there and still end up waiting 15 minutes for them to make it when I get there. They are always out something. There needs to be some major changes to this store. I ended up leaving this morning because I couldn’t wait any longer for my coffee. And I will be talking to someone about getting my money back. This is ridiculous.

Stopped in for coffee and to use the restroom. The interior was clean, but service was disappointing. I stood at the counter for about 5 minutes without acknowledgment, despite several employees being present. When my order was finally taken and paid for, the cashier struggled with their registers POS system instead of fulfilling my simple order first (large black coffee & two donuts). The manager stepped in but came across as condescending to staff, and then loudly addressed other employees while I was still standing there.
The coffee was hot and tasted great, and the donuts were fine, but the overall experience felt unprofessional and uncomfortable.

Stopped at noon for a dine in. Not busy at all. Orders messed up. Not even trying to read their ticket. Everything bagel and one croissant burt to crisp! Missing items. Asked for no ice on a drink, guess what?? All ice!

So, I stopped in for a donut, which was ridiculously dry. But that’s not why I’m leaving a review. The gentleman in front of me, wanted coffee with one cream. I saw the amount of cream that was put in his coffee. It was significantly more than what one cream would be. Okay, fine. The guy behind the counter was going to remake it. The two young girls working behind the counter laughed and mocked him for a long time. It was ridiculous and rude! They were laughing at him, long after he left. What kind of employees work here? I hope the manager takes this review seriously and has a talk with them! I left my stale donut on the table and left! I don’t want to support a business whose employees are that unprofessional and disrespectful! That customer was treated like shit! On my way out, I stopped three customers who were on their way through the door and explained about the level of service at this particular location, and they happily left and went across the street to the convenient store/gas station! What a disappointing experience! Do better! A lot better!

Don’t waste your time. Expect to wait up to 20-30 min and that’s with ordering mobile way ahead of time. Expect your food and drinks to not be correct on top of that. Literally go anywhere else.

50/50 my order is correct – it’s usually a swap of the cheese, which isn’t major, but still upsetting. Most recent visit, other than one of their ovens being down, so it took a bit longer (no big deal with that), we found an animal hair on two of our sandwiches, and a long human hair in our daughters sandwich. Extremely disappointing. Definitely won’t be back after that.
