I have ordered through the mobile app several times at this location. No matter how long I take to get there, they never have my order ready. I have already paid but they act like they never got the order and that it is a hassle to put my order together. This morning was no different. No smiles and the young manager was absolutely rude. She gave me dirty boxes, crumbled up my receipt and threw it away. I told her that I need it for my expense report. She got it out of the trash and shot me a dirty look. Three strikes and you are out. Krispy Creame here I come! So much for supporting a local business.

Mr and my husband stop everyday at dunkin before. We stopped going to this location because the drinks were not made professionally. We decided to give this one another shot cuz it’s close to home but never again. The girl that took our order was not friendly, she came out of the bathroom and came straight to the register to take our order, did not even wash her hands and then proceeded to make our drinks. She looked like she was sick sniffling and just out of it. Not professional at all. We will not return.. n9 more 3rd chance for this one. Drinks were bitter and didn’t even taste like our usual drinks. This store all needs retrained.

I walked inside to pick up a mobile order and immediately heard a loud mouth employee complaining and gossiping and ignoring customers. I couldn’t believe how annoying and obnoxious she was and not making any coffee. I had to interrupt her chatting and ask her to make my coffee. It was ridiculous.

The drive thru first thing is always long at rush hour but moves pretty quick. I used the mobile app to make order quicker. They had me ready once I got to the speaker and all I did was pull around. The drink was what I needed to wake up and the hash browns were hot and tasty. Definitely will return!
