I can not give no stars this has been the 3rd time I have been there and waited 20 minutes to waited on. Once was inside and other times in the drive threw. It took us 30 minutes total this was today 10/21/25 at 3pm there were no people inside ordering. When I got to the window the lady took my payment ran my card and then handed me my card and no receipt turned around with my receipt and left the window. Never handed me my drinks. Then about 5 minutes later another women came over and said did she get your payment and stared at me. I said yes but didn’t not give me my drinks. Then I told her what I got she handed me my ice coffee and said have a nice day. I told her I had another drink and what is was. Well I tasted my ice coffee and they put 3 liquid sugars in it that is what it said on the cup. I will never return to this Dunkin’ Donuts again.

Southern hospitality. Best latte I have ever had in my life. There’s one lady in there, the kind that calls everyone baby and honey (you know, the best kind) she is truly RUNNING the show. Wish I knew her name but if you know, you KNOW. I’ve always been a Dunkin girl, just moved to KPT, needed my caffeine and to see where I’m going to get my daily dose, very pleased it exceeded the expectation :))

I asked for a mocha frappe and was given an ice milk shake coffee. I told them it wasn’t what I asked for I took it anyhow and it was as good as a McDonald’s frappe. Thank you for your service

Placed a mobile order at 12:54pm for a drive-thru pick up. It took us 20 minutes to get through the drive thru. Once at the window, we waited an additional 5 minutes. There were a minimum of 5 employees working. When my first drink was handed out the window and placed in the cup holder, it began leaking heavily because there was a crack in the cup. As my husband waited for his drink and our food, I went inside with the cracked cup. Instead of remaking my drink, it was poured into another cup and topped with 1/3 cold foam to make up for the difference in the actual drink missing. When I returned to the car, my husband got his bagel out of the bag. Since I had ordered a grilled cheese and a cinnamon raisin bagel, I guess they also decided to mix the two and put cheese on his cinnamon raisin bagel and toasted it. Imagine how gross that combination is. Would not recommend this Dunkin’ after our experience today.

I miss the days of their good cream filled donuts . When the cream broke through the top like a volcano. The amount of cream these days is sparse. Definitely not even close to a cream FILLED donut!!!! So much a letdown from years gone by.

Update: Still slow
Even worse than previous review, which is below They decided to empty out a storage locker and then all stop and smoke (there are 2 people sitting there smoking, other one is hiding behind boxes) while customers are lined up around to the entrance of the property. They can’t be bothered to turn on their mobile ordering so everyone has to sit in the slowest drive thru of all Dunkin locations. It is literally quicker to order in the app from colonial heights and drive there to get it. Plus they seem overwhelmed and bothered that are there. Despite the fact that there are 7 employees all together, I only noticed 3 actually working.

Sadly, they have went downhill in the past year. The store has become….gooey on the inside. Everything is greasy and dusty. The tops of the coffee bean grinders are disgusting. There are flies and gnats in the cups that they have on display. Also if you order food inside it takes 30 minutes to get it. They are too busy fulfilling drive thru orders to put you in order of when you actually ordered. We waited 35 minutes for a bagel with cream cheese and when I seemed annoyed about it the manager referred to me as the ‘rude’ guy. Needless to say our family will no longer come back.

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We were in town for a conference and had some coffee trouble—but they smoothed it over with a great cup of joe!

I usually do NOT leave bad reviews, but when I mentioned to the cashier about my drink being wrong she looked at the tag and said “well it says it’s got coconut in it.” When I questioned my coconut refresher. I told her at other locations it had a a more “milky” color she simply said “that’s weird” and shoved it out the window at me. She didn’t even check with who made it to verify. I get a coconut refresher a couple times a week from other locations so have a pretty good idea about how they should look and taste.
I also ordered the pesto and tomato grilled cheese without tomato because I would be eating it while going down the road heading back to Greeneville and the tomatoes make the sandwich a bit more messy and I just don’t care for them anyways, but LOVE pesto on my grilled chees. I got down the road and opened it up to discover the tomatoes. I didn’t go back since 1. I was 10 minutes down the road. 2. Had all 4 kids with me. And 3. I had already been told I was incorrect about my drink being wrong and did not want to deal with this employee again.
Definitely will be avoiding this location next time I visit HMG.
