This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with dunkin. Made a mobile order pulled to the drive through no response, waited 10 minutes still no response pulled to the window and waited still no response. The lady working didn’t even have a headset on at the time and didn’t have her hair net on properly. Knocked on the window still no response, even CALLED THE STORE while sitting at the window and watched the other employee that was in sweat pants and a hoodie completely IGNORE the phone. Called multiple times, waited overall about 20/25 minutes and NEVER received any service. This location needs to hire people that actually wants to do their jobs. This was very frustrating and ridiculous and makes me want to never even attempt to go back to this location…. Do better !

This has got to be the cleanest, well put together Dunkin I have ever been to. Especially for being a 24 hr drive through. Staff is beyond friendly, and they decorated for Easter! Bathroom was super clean also! Tons of options to choose from for coffee, fun drinks, and food.

Went through the drive-thru today. Ordered a large iced sugar-free hazelnut latte. When I got my beverage it didn’t have a single drop of hazelnut in it. Didn’t smell like hazelnut and didn’t taste like hazelnut. Literally just coffee and cream. I went back because I wanted what I ordered. I went to the speaker and told her the issue. She said there is hazelnut in it but I’ll replace it. Pulled up to the window and she was very rude. Give me my drink, I tasted it, and there was clearly hazelnut in it. I went to hand her the old one to dispose of or whatever and she said, I can’t take that have a good day and walked away. Very snarky. If I wanted two beverages I would have paid for two beverages. I wasn’t trying to get a free beverage. I wanted it right. So to the lady at the window, coffee isn’t that difficult and you shouldn’t let your mistakes affect you in life like it did today.

I love my Erwin Dunkin! The people are what make this location the best and I cannot wait for Apple Festival this upcoming weekend. The scents of pumpkin spice and maple sugar bacon help to usher in Autumn and make this place feel like home!

I love love love my local Dunkin! Erwin has the best crew of people who really care and make you feel like family. They actually came together to send flowers and a card when I was in the hospital early September. Drinks are always so good and food is great! Love their pesto grilled cheese and their bacon croissant sandwiches (add chicken for extra protein).

Went in to order a coffee, could see that they had drive through orders backed all the way up to the street management could be seen in back simply sitting on they’re phones the entire duration when they were asked for help with drive through orders they just laughed I will not be going back to this establishment in the future if this is how the management treats it’s employees.

Was told the register is updating. He said he can take my order for a drink, but not food. Then was asked if it was a large order and I replied no just a sandwich. Then he said Sorry, I can’t process the order but if it was a drink I could. So why ask what food I want if you can only do drinks? Very contradicting! So I then ask him how long would the wait be? He said he didn’t know. So I decided to wait, after a few minutes I was told to drive back around because I’m running up the timer. When I drive back around I see 3 other employees and a female putting in both cash drawers in. As a cashier in my teens I knew to only drop one draw at a time. But anyways they looked like they just woke up. This whole conversation sounded like what he was lying and covering for his team. I’m not a tech genius but I know if something is updating you can’t process anything. So why just a drink? Employees like this cost a business money in multiple ways. So I decided to waitWhile the system is down he can at least clean, the outside has trash. Got here March 29, 2024 at 3:45am

Pistachio signature iced coffee and brown sugar expresso iced coffee was terrible. It had an old scorched taste. Litter in the dining area floor. The only thing clean was restrooms. Tossed both in the waste receptacle going to car. Waste of time and money.

Very terrible strawberry dragon fruit refresher did not put enough strawberry in to even out the taste this is not the first time getting it…. You would think paying $2.99 for a drink and waiting in a long line for 20mins it would taste fabulous but no I get a watered down drink very disappointed….
