Male Barista with black hair made my drink but it was supposed to be Hot and he made it iced…when I told him it was supposed to be hot he slammed the cold drink in the counter like Ihad inconvenienced him. Sorry you had to do your job today buddy!

I love Dunkin’, but they never mix third drinks. I only come for Matcha lattes like I do at Starbucks. Dunkin does it better by actually making it taste how it’s supposed to, but they never mix it and they always had way too much ice even when I ask for light ice.

We come here often and normally it’s really good, but the staff here recently in the afternoon with absolutely terrible! my fiancé had just a regular iced coffee and had coffee grinds all in it! It was absolutely disgusting and no way they didn’t notice! They just didn’t care! Lazy.

Mangers are RUDE! and treat crew members like there nothing . The mangers have no common courtesy and no manners whatsoever on night shift . When I ordered my drink they the manger was being mean to her co worker she acted rude towards me and asked me if I had a job ? After telling her to be nice to her employees

I made a purchase on the DD app but when I arrived, I was told that they did not have the drink that I ordered. I was offered a few different choices and decided to settle for a regular lemonade. Once I got to the drive thru window, I asked if I would be given the difference that was owed to me due to the lemonade costing less than the original drink that I wanted. I was informed that since I had ordered through the app, that they could not give me any money back at the store. Another employee seemed to think differently but he was unable to give me the difference as well. I was told that I would have to call the number on the receipt for further assistance. The difference that was owed to me ended up being 77 cents, which is not a big deal, but if this happens to other people DD could possibly be getting away with a ton of “free” money. This DD is currently out of several of the refresher flavors as well as the strawberry bubbles, however, it does not indicate this while ordering on the app. You can still order it and it does not notify you that the store is out. Fast forward… I got home and intended to call the number that was on the receipt, as I was advised, however the only number that I was able to find on the receipt is the number of the actual store. There was no point in calling that number since they could not help me while I was there. My advice is to not order on the app! I know it’s quicker, but it is not worth the money that you could potentially lose. This in no way has anything to do with the staff! They are always friendly and very welcoming!

great service, although half the girlies leaving the dunkin drive thru dont understand that u let the oncoming traffic come into the parking lot before shoving & taking up all the space w your car and new iced coffee

Every time I go to this location they give me a regular coffee Instead of the $5 latte I order. And ALWAYS put way more sugar than I ask for.
For $5 I expect a GOOD cup of coffee not something so weak it’s like drinking water with syrup in it.
