Ordered 4 drinks this morning and 2 of the drinks didn’t get filled all the way and one was completely wrong. Had to repeat the matcha order 3x before they repeated back the correct order. 1 vanilla swirl and 1 brown sugar swirl was to be added with cold foam. At the window they kept telling me my order was over $30 and that I ordered an extra drink. After fighting them on not ordering an extra drink, they finally handed me my order and it was still wrong. Attached, you will see the drinks I got even though they were wrong and corrected 3x. There was even a txt message shown to them to help them understand what was being ordered. Paying over $6 each for drinks that are not even filled to the top is just ridiculous. This happens every time there is a visit to this location. Wanting to give grace, I continue to go in hope things will improve. But obviously not. So I will no longer be coming here.

This ain’t my 1st rodeo….
Ordered a large drink that was supposed to be decaf, got to the window and they gave me a medium regular and they were trying to charge for a large. The sticker literally had “Lg Decaf” on the medium drink…smh. Told them it’s supposed to be a large decaf and asked them to fix it only to still leave disappointed because they still got it wrong by handing me a large regular. The other issue is to be seen in the picture. Why am I being charged almost $7 for an iced cappuccino when the product I’m receiving isn’t even full?? And what’s the white foam on top? I didn’t order anything extra with it as you can see on the sticker. That is a HUGE gap of nothing. What a total waste of money this place is.
I don’t come to DD to spend $6-$7 for a drink I didn’t order and a drink that’s not full. I try so hard to be positive about this place and give them chances but no more. 7 Brew will have my business when they finally come to town from now on.
DD.. train your employees better. If they can’t comprehend medium vs large or how to FILL a drink up, then they don’t need to work there. This is every time my family comes here plus some others we know. Don’t work fast food/customer service if you’re not gonna do your job correctly and hate every bit of it by also being ugly to your customers.

Got an iced coffee and 50 munchkins assorted mostly jelly. All the jelly were stale. $15 for stale donuts is quite sad. The over coffee was good as well as the staff. Also I think she counted each munchkin as to not go over 50. Back in the day we just grabbed them by the handful. This morning we paid $5 for more than 24 donut holes at KK and they were so fresh and ten times better.

I received a horrendous order.
My assorted donut holes were hard as a rock.
Very dry.
I ordered the croissant sausage egg and cheese
Look like somebody stepped on it
It was flat, cold, unwrapped and thrown in a bag.
I ordered a chicken biscuit
Very dry very tasteless
Almost can throw that to the dogs
I ordered a berry blast
Full with ice taste like water
The only good thing out of a 25.00 order
Was the cookie coffee
Each item was about $4 to $5
My total was outrageous for the quality that I received
After spending so much time in the Drive-Thru because you cannot go inside unless you already ordered through a mobile app
You can expect to sit in your car for at least 30 minutes or more
You will receive cold food stepped on food and very very dry and tasteless food
I am very highly disappointed because that’s a lot of money that I worked hard for
The food is inedible
I said go for a coffee here and there but the prices are outrageous
You might as well go to Starbucks for a coffee
I thought the donuts were really going to be good because I went for the donut holes which are my favorite

The ONLY reason this Dunkin location is getting higher than 1 star is because the people in the front and on the speakers are always so kind. HOWEVER whomever is in the kitchen needs to be retrained because if I get one more order of avocado toast with 2 crumbs of bacon, im gonna lose it

The volume on the drive thru is so low I can’t even hear the person speaking. Also there are no prices on the menu screen. For a drive thru only service, it should be an easier process

Waiting in line for 20 minutes. She kept trying to give us doughnuts with sprinkles. Did not want them. Gave us sprinkles anyway. Not fresh at all. Very disappointed.

Fast, friendly service with a smile . Only had to wait behind one car at drive thru. The line moved quickly. The black coffee was mediocre. Warm, black, water. It was missing flavor. It wasn’t robust at all. It’s great if you want a basic black coffee. Bacon Egg Muffin was tasty , Hash Browns could have been warmer. But still were good with a distinct flavor. I’ll definitely try those again. Apple Fritter was not to my liking. It was a pastry with apple jelly in the center. I thought it would be more “fried” being in a southern state.

Ok don’t get a pumpkin spice latte if you have a cracked tooth cause I did get an infection but I wouldn’t have it be from anything else cause it was so good. Anyway, everyone there is really really nice and the food and drinks are always amazing. Loovvee them.
