I’ve given this location many tries and even order online to try to ensure I’m not waiting for 20 minutes, it has not worked once. Employees are very cold and borderline rude every single time. This was my last visit to this location unfortunately.

I ordered a iced coffee, a cappuccino two breakfast sandwiches, half dozen donuts, loaded tater tots and the breakfast burrito that was egg cheese and bacon. The burrito was so tiny it was definitely not worth the money do not buy it. I didn’t receive my half a dozen donuts that I paid for. The hash browns were cold and soggy. The worst thing is it took 50 minutes to get my food? I would recommend to going somewhere else if you’re in a hurry or you want good food.

The service is horrible. They focus on drive through and ignore customers. They mix up the drinks and don’t them listen to your order. Tables are always nasty! I usually bring my grandsons here as a treat once a week but no more. There needs to be a manager to lead this crew of kids running the Manchester, Tn location. Sorry Dunkin but you are losing this regular customer for good!

The food was excellent and drinks amazing! They said that they are short staffed so idk if you want to you can get a job there but ordering was not the best experience. I was going a little fast with what I was saying to order but I had to repeat my self a lot and after we had ordered I had to say again what munchkins I wanted. I spend money here 3-4 times a week. Their breakfast sandwiches and crescents are pathetic. Cold in the middle, slapped together. Donuts are old so I stopped going there for those, years ago. This was my last time.

Went through drive-through on 5/7/25 and food and service is acceptable, not outstanding. Please stop asking if I want to add a tip after I hand you my card. It is presumptive and not good business. No waitress in a restaurant that is only making a few dollars an hour ever asks me if am I going to tip and I don’t care for it at your establishment. I will tip if I feel I want to. You make more than a few dollars an hour, create an experience where I want to tip. Another coffee shop is coming to town very soon, competition brings out the best in businesses.

I have to give these guys kudos because they have really been doing a great job. The drive-through lane has been quick and orders accurate. As a native Pacific Northwesterner where coffee was all but invented, the struggle here in Tennessee has been real.
