They don’t make my drinks correct the service is awful they don’t know what they are doing it has wrong lid.
This is supposed to be frozen caramel with French vanilla and whip cream on top with more caramel. This isn’t correct. It’s supposed to be a large, but it is not it’s a medium.
I can’t call them for refund or better drink they don’t have a phone number listed online. At least they didn’t when I posted this. All other Dunkin’s I’ve been to I never have any issues hardly ever.. the Dayton tn Dunkin needs to be retrained.

They have Great black coffee. Great service, I’ve not had a bad time there. The girls in the afternoon are Great. They are always in great spirits and they always remember me and even if I forget my sugar, they always remember for me. They take good care of us every time we’re there and because of the Great service and coffee, we’re there about every afternoon after work for a quick coffee boost for the night.

Extremely disappointed. I gave Dunkin another try, this isnt the first time theyve screwed up the simplest drink and my drink wasn’t even filled all the way and it was literally a good couple inches from the top then they forgot the ice completely. To top it off, it tasted stale and old, like it had been sitting out forever. For the price we pay these days, I expect at least a fresh drink made right. Definitely not worth the stop, as always.

Dayton tn, they must make a limited amount like two dozen maple doughnuts a day. 9 am. None,. Have stopped there 12 noon, none. If maple frosted doughnuts sale that will. Why not make more the next day? I stopped going to dunking doughnuts, after two weeks of sold out of maple frosted doughnuts. There is a couple more that is the same way. Sold out and it must be for the day.

The lady with the green hair wasn’t very nice at all. i had accidentally placed my mobile for the drive through, and it was sitting on the counter inside so i just grabbed it because i didn’t see any issue with that. my friend placed a mobile for a drink, and this girl would not put her drink on the mobile order stand until we walked up there so she could personally tell me what i did by grabbing my mobile order was wrong. she said that it was a “health code violation” and she can get fired for it. we waited for my friend’s drink for like 10 minutes just so she can tell me “don’t do that again and next time tell me”

This place has the best sweet tea in Tennessee! Yes that’s right, I said sweet tea. Just the way we like it, a little bit of tea with our sugar. Please don’t change a thing and if anyone ever gripes about it being too sweet please just have them get half and half. Also love the maple sugar bacon and the black pepper bacon, along with the sourdough breakfast sandwich.
Also, the staff is super friendly and super competent. Very rarely if ever have a had a problem with an order here.

Drive through. Ordered med hot coffee and a bagel with cream cheese. I asked if the bagel was toasted and they said yes. It was not toasted nor even heated. The coffee was lukewarm. 2nd similar experience. Won’t try for 3

I’ve grown up with dunkin so I was ecstatic to find out they were building one near my house. I decided to give this review some time as they just opened about a year ago, but the service and food has stayed subpar. This has to be one of the worst Dunkins, if not the worse, that I have ever been to.
I have been going about probably 2-3 times a month every month since it opened. Mostly since I’m a student, and well, I love coffee. I wouldn’t say they get the food wrong, but the waits are terrible. Additionally the food may not be wrong, but sometimes it is just bad. Everytime I’ve gotten a croissant it’s been not crispy or airy–like other dunkins– but flat and dense like it needs more time in the toaster. Anytime I’ve gotten bagel minis 1 out of 2 times the cream cheese is cold to the touch. The worst part are the donuts. I once ordered a strawberry frosted, received it, and went out to my car only to find that there was a fly on it. For an employee to take that out of the case, put it in a box, and then give it to a customer is straight negligence and a health code violation. Not only this, but this Dunkin has some of the smallest donuts I’ve ever seen at any Dunkin, like they have to be 2x smaller than the regular size at other locations. And don’t try and get a boston cream or a jelly filled because they have about a tbsp of filling actually in them. I haven’t had any problems with the drinks other than the long wait times, and the employees have been pretty good with keeping my orders right. My brother is allergic to egg and we haven’t had an instances where they forgot to take it out, which is great.
Another problem is the atmosphere. The other day I went in and was standing in the lobby, nobody there to help me, for about 5 minutes before I went ahead and just ordered on the kiosk. Mind you I heard about 3 employees talking and laughing in the back, and there was an employee outside smoking. But yet the employees didn’t hear the bell that rings for customers because they were talking too loud…
I love Dunkin and hate to leave such a negative review but this restaurant has some catching up to do. There are about 5 other coffee houses in Dayton and Dunkin needs to get in the race to the top before they get out competitioned. This clearly isn’t purely an employee deficit but a management issue. Whoever is running this Dunkin needs to invest some more time in training their employees.

This place is horrible they need to get their shit together. Sat there 25 mins this morning waiting on my order. I finally just left idk why their always so slow. ♂️ from what I cld see if they cared as much about the lobby customers as they do the drive thru it may change some ppls opinions about them but hey what do I know?

I thought I would stop at our new Dunkin. I pulled up the girl asked for my order I said I’d like to have the 50 piece donut holes mixed she said we don’t have mixed we have assorted then I asked do you have maple iced she said no but we have maple frosted ok so I ordered got to window and the guy immediately sticks this machine in my face to leave a tip . Wow intelligence abounds . I won’t go back to the local Dunkin again
