i ordered two sandwiches and coffee for me and my friend to surprise her with breakfast cause she was having a bad day. well…..coffee wasn’t made right tasted like milk and a little bit of creamer no coffee at all. and she pulls out her sandwich and it’s half eaten!! i am so embarrassed and disgusted i will not be back needless to say.

Everything is exceptional but the customer service. I order a specific coffee (half coffee/half milk) and every time they give me attitude and tell me it’s going to be cold. I just want to say it’s not “cold” but it’s not burning my tongue either. It’s how the customer prefers it. If I didn’t want cold coffee or if I wanted scolding hot coffee I wouldn’t order it the way I enjoy it from time to time.

Very rude staff even at this new location . We ordered 2 blueberry matcha lattes and the girl at the window gave us 2 espresso lattes . She said she didn’t hear us say matcha although we said it 3 times . And slammed her window shut before asking us to pull to the second window .

I have been in this area last week during the open time so I’ve been stopping by every morning greeted with a unfriendly staff Saturday morning I was waiting in the drive thru employs seen me and held there hand up I was thinking 5 mins so I waited then this older gray haired employ opened the drive thur window and said two things nobody is going to take your oder at the widow and your not waiting in my drive thur running me up a wait time that I get in trouble for I tried calling to talk with management about the way I was treated and was hung up on so I called corporate

Maybe it’s just because it’s relatively new or this particular Dunkin has the best employees. They were fast and more importantly the order was correct. I caught them at a rush moment and I have to say I am so impressed with how well they kept up with customers and their orders. All with a smile on their faces too.

I took my father in law to Dunkin in Springfield TN today and received the worst products ever!! I ordered ice coffee which was warm a dozen assorted donuts and a breakfast sandwich to go. When we got home and looked at the dozen donuts it was all cake donuts no yeast donuts at all no assortment at all!! The sandwich only had 1 piece of bacon on it and a half of a piece of cheese. And of course there is no phone number listed for the store and I live 30 mins away so I cant go back or I would take it back and demand a refund!! I will definitely not go through the drive thru ever again!!
