I am never the person to leave a review but this is crazy. I placed a mobile order and picked up from drive thru. I was greeted nicely and was handed my drink. I had to mention I also had food with my order, that wasn’t already prepared. I waited for about 5 minutes at the window just to receive this. Serving burnt food is unacceptable and inconsiderate.

I really enjoy this Dunkin’ location. The customer service is always excellent, and as a regular, I appreciate seeing how hard the staff works. Not only that but they even apologized about the wait time for my small latte. Granted the wait time was ONE minute. Like no need to apologize. Just an overall great experience. Glad I’m a regular here.

I’ve had consistently great experiences at Dunkin’ in Smyrna. The refreshers, iced coffee, donuts, and breakfast sandwiches are always delicious, and my mobile orders are always made quickly and accurately. The staff is friendly, and it’s a dependable stop when I need a quick breakfast.

The staff is great. Friendly and knowledgeable. They make the drinks the way you requested. Every time I’ve gone in, I’ve been greeted immediately, and as a customer service representative myself, that’s a great quality to have.

My iced Dunkalatte was great, but unfortunately, my breakfast sandwich was completely cold and was not toasted. I got egg and cheese on toasted sourdough. After I pulled out of the drive-through and made my way to work, I opened my sandwich box to find untoasted bread that was cold, a cold egg, and unmelted American cheese. Which leads me to believe that the egg was never warm and the bread was never warm since the cheese was not even melted.

Service here is 100 times better than that God awful Dunkin’ location on Cane Ridge in Antioch. This place is my go-to from now on and I certainly would drive anywhere outta my way to be treated as I would want to be treated-with respect. I think some employees forget that customers pay their paychecks and so they become rude and very snarky (referring to the Cane Ridge in Antioch) BUT not this location in Smyrna…they know how to treat their customers. They are quick and the food I’ve gotten was so hot I had to wait 5 minutes to eat it but it was certainly worth it.

Felt invisible as a customer as no real urgency to wait on me and I had one drink. Took approximately 10 mins to receive it and their drive thru is always busy and the mobile orders were made constantly. I feel like it was so robotic and no one said much of anything to me, not a good feel. But then again customer service with at least a smile isn’t what it used to be.

I visit Dunkin’ every morning Monday through Friday and usually have a great experience with the early morning staff. However, today was disappointing. Upon arrival, I wasn’t greeted as I normally am. When I got to the counter, my large iced latte was handed to me, but it was almost completely white—like it was mostly skim milk. I mentioned this to the gentleman at the counter, but he didn’t acknowledge my comment, just grabbed the cup and “remade” the drink, only for it to come out looking the same.

I then waited another five minutes for my food, which was just slid across the counter to me without a simple “thank you” or “have a great day.” As someone who has been a loyal Dunkin’ customer for four years, this experience left a bad taste—literally and figuratively. Not sure if I’ll be returning.

I remember Dunkin Donuts where they had their own bakery in back, you could smoke, socialize over coffee and a dozen donuts was only $3.99. This Dunkin Donuts reminds me of those days as far as a nice atmosphere and a good place to meet up for coffee. No more bakeries out back or smoking inside or $3.99 dozens but still a nice clean place to wake up, wind down, or meet up with a friend or friends. Staff are very friendly and quick making your order. Haven’t had one bad experience here and it’s nice to have a Dunkin Donuts that has a calm atmosphere which reminds me of the old days back up in NY.

So this used to be my favorite Dunkin. I won’t be returning. I had my coffee made, it was wrong, so I went back in to get it remade and I took a sip and sucked a hair through the straw and there was another floating at the top. How gross! The other coffee I had was a midnight which is supposed to be strong, tasted like tea. The manager was very apologetic and sweet and gave me free donuts.
