i ordered through delivery and got glazed donuts and they gave me blueberry? i don’t like any other donuts but glazed. why would you put some random donut in there if you ran out of a specific donut instead of asking what other donuts yall got or refund? they also gave less drink when i ask for less ice.

Drive thru lady name Zoe was very unprofessional. I waited in drive their for a good 5 minutes for her to find a lid. I tapped on the window to think she had forgotten about me and she slings the window back really hard and speaks very rude towards me. This is unprofessional and there’s no need in being unknown. Do not go here. Take your services elsewhere. I didn’t even wanna give a star. Do better Dunkin.

I don’t ever take the time to leave a review but I had to this time. Horrible service. The staff is rude and will intentionally mess up your order if you don’t tip at the drive thru on even a $5 order. If you ask a question about something on the menu they get super awkward and try to make you feel like an idiot even when you’re trying to be respectful. They must be under bad management. I’m done with this place. It’s a shame because I would get breakfast there 3-4x a week but whatever.

Disappointed at the fact that online orders are left on the back burner when it comes to walk-in customers. I tried to explain that online orders are put into the system before walk in customers even get out of their car and all I got was run around excuses on how I was wrong and they were told otherwise which makes me confused about who they have managing this place. When you’re waiting 15 minutes on a small hot coffee there’s no reason to make excuses for that. That deserves a sincere apology. Shame shame shame…

I normally always order my coffee from dunkin’ donuts. And if I don’t it’s in a can from a gas station. So when I go to Dunkin to order and ice macchiato with less ice I don’t mean with a bunch of ice and less coffee. That’s self-explanatory right? So tell me why they gave me three quarters of a cup full instead? This is the second time that they have done this when I ordered less ice. So I will not be ordering from this Dunkin again. VERY disappointed. It’s sad that I spent almost $8 on a coffee that’s not even full..

I waited 20 minutes for a seven dollar drink for it to be melts and not all the way full. Not to mention anyone seemed to care nor did anyone try to fix it. When they offered it was clear I was being a burden for wanting an actual full drink that wasn’t forgotten and left sitting out by the hot kitchen for 20 minutes.

The coffee, donuts & food are good…. I love getting the Refreshers, sometimes iced coffee, donut holes & the ham egg and cheese muffins are So Good!!! lately I’ve been ordering online on the App thinking it would be faster. NOPE. I put drive thru pickup bc I have kiddos and don’t want to take long .. twice I’ve had to wait like 30 minutes! No joke. I mean there were cars in front of me but you would think drive thru service would be quicker than going inside. Not sure what’s going on and I’m not judging or anything. Just giving y’all a heads up to anticipate a wait. I LOVE DUNKIN so I don’t mind the wait.
I had an appointment at 10. Left my house at 9 made it to DD by 9:05 and wast leaving DD by 9:35from waiting. Thankfully made it on time. But next time I’ll do walk in instead and see how that goes.
Update* walk-in definitely worked better for me. The workers are so nice and are extremely busy in the morning so If you go be nice and patient.
