Took my family there sunday 6-1-25 between 11 12 clock. I seen rainbows hanging everywhere stickers. I asked the lady at the outside window what they were she said gay pride and in front of my family says do you have a problem with that. I didn’t answer back or be negative to here at all just paid and drove off. She ran through the store outside chasing my car yelling don’t come back. I had my family in the car I did nothing wrong and this woman chasing my family yelling don’t come back. I won’t and hope nobody else does either if there gonna get treated like that. 0 stars I thought you were better than Starbucks.

Lovely, just good quality donuts. Decent pricing. I came here for Blueberry donuts, Cream Filled donuts, and Jelly donuts, and I was not disappointed. I also got a Blueberry muffin and some Blueberry mini donuts, it’s just what I had a taste for and they really hit the spot.
Additionally, their coffee comes at an excellent price in this location. I purchased an extra large coffee with mocha, cream, and sugar plus one extra of each and the total was under $4.00

They are supposed to be open at 5am. I came in today and was told they do not open until 6, despite everything saying they open at 5. The rude lady still did not unlock the door until 6:05am. so she is still opening her store late based on her own timeframe. I attempted to call the store and inform a manager of the issue with the opening time. The number is not going through. I was picking up a delivery order. So they have delivery drivers coming for an entire hour and refuse to unblock the drive through or unlock the door. The moment the door was unlocked i went to pick up the order, which of course half the drink was melted. I’ve only gotten a coffee from here one time. It made me violently sick in less than 10 minutes. As I told friends about the experience, they said they can’t drink their coffee either. I have no idea what product they use, but it might as well be miralax.

Used to never have issues, but this is the second time in less than two weeks that I’ve been late to work because I was forced to sit in a drive thru for 25 minutes just to have my order wrong and my food overcooked.
The worst part is that there’s no escape from the drive thru because of the way it’s closed in. So if there’s a car in front or behind you, you’re trapped waiting no matter how long it takes.
Two stars only because they used to be my favorite spot for coffee/breakfast on my way downtown, but I’ll not be risking this again in the future.

They don’t have fresh donuts. They get their donuts delivered at 4am and that’s the donuts you get throughout the day. I ordered a dozen glazed and a dozen chocolate cake donuts and they only had 8 chocolate cake so they gave me something else in place of the 4 chocolate cake donuts they were out of, but did not make me aware of the change. They don’t have a phone, so you can’t call to check to see if your order is ready and their app doesn’t let you know when your order is ready for pick up so you just have to hope they’re ready when you get there. What kind of business doesn’t have a phone!? The lady I talked to when I picked up my donuts was very nice and I was happy enough with the 4 donuts they replace my chocolate cake donuts with, but I will definitely go somewhere else next time.

I have the Dunkin App and love to order ahead and stop by whenever I’m running errands. I understand they’re short staffed and have issues sometimes, but they just fail me here again, and again, and again.. One example of their failures, is when I ordered ahead and pulled in to pick up my order, finding the drive -thru closed and blocked off with road cones. This has happened to me 3 times! People can’t always park and go inside. Sometimes customers have sleeping babies or disabilities! The coffee here fails again and again, too. It’s either WAY too sweet or terribly bitter. The last straw for me was last week when I got a croissant breakfast sandwich. The egg was FROZEN solid. I started chewing it and spit it up into the bag. I was already way up the road, and hungry as hell, so I tried to pathetically rotate the sandwich and find another bite.. No bingo. The whole thing was frozen solid. So disappointing.. no more egg sandwiches from there for me 🙁 Bye bye Dunkin. You’ve sucked too hard for too long.
