I love this Dunkin’! Workers are always friendly and have really positive attitudes. I think the main concern here is that service can be slow at times, but even then, the wait time is far less than just about any Starbucks around.
For a fraction of the cost, I get better coffee drinks and food than any other coffee place around. The options are pretty much endless, just like any Starbs- customize any drink.
Use the app- there are a lot of savings to be had!

I went to a different Dunkin location two days ago. Ordered a cookie butter latte with cream, liquid sugar, and oatmilk. It was delicious. Came to this location today and ordered the same thing and it didn’t taste the same at all. It wasn’t even sweet so whoever was making it clearly didn’t follow the instructions. It wasn’t creamy either so I know they didn’t use oatmilk or cream. It was watery. They definitely were running on autopilot and made it the original way. I asked them to add sweetener and they did but didn’t ask to remake the whole thing because I didn’t wanna burden them. Dunkin seems to be inconsistent.

I used to frequent this location a few times a week, but lately they’re out of stock of nearly every food item, donuts included, and unless you order a frozen coffee through the app, they will say their machine is broken 9/10 times. Today I stopped by and grabbed an iced macchiato and a latte and the macchiato was so full it was dripping when she handed it to me. She had it wrapped in napkins so I didn’t notice it until I was already pulling away and it started pouring out of the straw hole. Instead of giving a customer an overflowing cup, why not just take the three seconds to pour it into a different cup?? The workers that used to be there were so friendly and actually cared about the way they served their drinks. Now, they barely even look at you when speaking to you and seem like every order inconveniences them.

Ordered two large matcha lattes and both were a tiny bit over half full. For nearly $6 a drink, that’s super disappointing. They won’t ever answer their phone and the corporate customer service number is useless and tells us to call the local store.

This is the second time I’ve come to this place and the people who work here are rude and won’t acknowledge you when you are talking to them. On the second time we ordered 2 sm cappuccinos, one was heavier than the other one, i tried to explain to person helping us that probably all the liquid went in one cup and that the other one was just foam, she didn’t let me talk, took the cup from my hand walk away, walked back and gave me the cup exactly the same way, just foam.. I will never come back again

I had a great experience this morning! I never really spend money on coffee but because of how kind Sherita was to me and my three year old who wanted to roll his window down just to say hi I will be going back in the future. Sherita made his morning! The pumpkin spice latte was delicious.

This location has usually been very quick with their service. But this morning I waited at least 40 minutes for two breakfast sandwiches. After about 30 minutes the whole restaurant went up in smoke, It smelled like burnt plastic. There was at least like 10 people inside waiting for their order, and a couple people just left without their food. I got my food eventually after asking for a refund. I hope they can improve because this location is the only one close to me.
