Service is absolutely awful. Two out of the three employees want to have an attitude for no reason and want to cut us off trying to order. Then they want to forget part of the order and still have an attitude. You chose the job lol

Just wanted to give the employees a shout-out. I got an avocado toast with bacon today, and it really made my day. The quality is always consistently good, but today’s just felt even better, perfect even. The bread was nicely toasted, the avocado spread was generous, the balance of the like taste was great, and there was a good amount of bacon well spread around. Amazing job, yall!

Actually, let me in my phone the last five or six times I’ve been to this location. The employees have been wonderful. My main issue is with Dunkin itself. They have become Starbucks Junior. That is not a knock on Starbucks, but we only need one of those. Dunkin’ Donuts focused on donuts, coffee, muffins, etc. now they have done away with seasonal pumpkin muffins. They have replaced them with a pumpkin loaf cake wrapped in cellophane that looks like it came straight from Starbucks. If I wanted something like that, I would just go to Starbucks.

this place is crap, the manager is the worst to work with let alone fit to be a manager, nepotism at its best she has her kids working under her as well and yells at them during shifts, keep your family problems private. i came in the other day and saw her yelling at the employees while waiting for a drink and i think a good manager should keep her composure in front of customers. i’m sure in front of upper management she seems like an angel when behind they don’t see how badly she treats others

Came in this morning to pick up a mobile order which I saw sitting on the counter. There was a lot going on, but two of the workers were not very polite when I asked if the drink was mine. One worker was also very rude and completely ignored an older lady who was inquiring about a drink as well. I ended up having to turn my drink around and get it myself after being told I just needed to wait. Perhaps some training on how to be better at customer service is needed?

you can almost never mobile order anything due to it saying they don’t have it in stock but in actuality, they do have it. i like this one because they typically don’t swap original for espresso but always an annoyance when trying to order ahead.

Server said I have to pay extra, really people? Instead of free donut I would really appreciate ice, people act like robots this days….

I purchased four of the refresher drinks two of them mango pineapple with green tea one mango pineapple with sparkling water and one dragon fruit with sparkling water. The price point was really good and the speed of service was fast unfortunately the dragon fruit drink had a very strong medicine taste. I took about three sips and determined it was simply not something I would enjoy. I returned to the store and asked if I could exchange it for the same drink as the other ones I had purchased and was told now I would simply need to buy another one even though my drink was full. No they are not obligated but it would just seem like good customer service thing that I had not drank hardly any put a dent in the drink showing that clearly i did not like it I was willing to give it back to them in exchange for a flavor I liked just not the kind of customer service I would expect and that’s fine I just know to choose another location or another place to get drinks based off their customer service

They took forever to take my order, and acted very immature over the intercom.
Once I got to my work, I found they took a bite out of my Muffin before giving it to me. Extremely unprofessional staff.

Ordered a latte and paid for an extra shot of espresso. Asked for no whip cream, and still served it with whip cream. So instead of remaking another one, they scooped out the whip cream. Told them the latte is too light, so they added a little bit of espresso.
I didn’t ask for milk with ice, i asked for coffee and that is what I paid for! Stop being cheap with your coffee.
