Literally the worst dunkin I have ever gone to. Always out of things I order on the app and use my rewards for, and the coffee is never made right. Also given me the wrong donuts multiple times when I get a box and I get home and they’re all wrong it enrages me. Manager should’ve contacted me this last time about them giving me the wrong things but never did. GARBAGE DUNKIN. Today was the last time coming here for me

Not bad enough to get 1 star, but still disappointing. I’ve been to this location 2 times in the past week, and both times (with different staff present) my coffee and sandwich orders have been messed up/made wrong. Drinks are sub-par and food is flat and quickly thrown together.

I went to Dunkin’ Donuts on Murfreesboro rd, La Vergne TN 37086 – spent over $20 and was very disappointed! First of all, the dining room is closed so I had to go through the drive-through. I ordered quite a bit of food, and the gentleman taking my order was extremely rude to me. He was rushing me and sighing every time I ordered more items. I kept apologizing because I felt like I was getting on his nerves – which is crazy!! Not to mention they were out of almost everything. I feel like they did not want to make some of the things as it was already 8:20 PM and they close at 9 PM. They were out of everything I asked for at first. So I had to ask for different things. And the whole time he was just saying and rushing me and talking in a super sarcastic voice.

The service is usually subpar, but be prepared for your donut order to just be a suggestion. They only have about a quarter of the donuts on their menu available, and if you order online they will just swap your donuts out with whatever they have lying around. I have been to this place dozens of times over the last year, and never once have I been able to order exactly what I wanted.

Cups constantly leak, and it’s been going on for months. One time the server switched my cup 3 times and every one of them leaked. He finally just wrapped a napkin around the 4th cup and handed it to me.

We arrived late, and they were out of everything but a single serving of donut holes and a bear claw (whatever they’re actually called). We politely ordered the holes to share between the three of us, and the hostess threw in the bear claw for free.

This was 1st time to Dunkin and I’m thinking it was a waste of money. My order consisted of a sourdough bacon sandwich, glazed donut, and a order hashbrown . THE HASHBROWNS WAS OVER COOKED AND NONE EDITABLE. THE SOURDOUGH BREAD SANDWICH WAS COLD AND THE BREAD IS RAW. THE DONUTS WAS BLUEBERRY NOT Glaze donuts!!! Very disappointing and waste of money!!
