I ordered a medium Hot Matcha and this is what I got. Please check your drinks before you leave. I had an inkling that something was wrong because my cup was fairly light. I would’ve went back, but there was already a line and I had to go to work. Wish the staff paid more attention to detail.

I’ve been asked on numerous visits to leave a review leave a review to let us know how we are doing so here is my review. I love COFFFFEEEEE, & I ended up trying Dunkin out from a TikTok video I seen before then I was a LOYAL STARBUCKS GIRLIE. After giving Dunkin a try with ice coffee I felt inlove with a certain drink and let me tell you when I first started coming to this location it was a girl working there I dont know her name but she is was lovely everytime she is at work and making the drinks my drink comes out perfect EACH AND EVERYTIME. However when she is not there it is a complete game of Russian roulette you might get it right and you might get it wrong. & I just do not understand how and why? There has been many days I don’t take my drink back because I get it on my way to work. All the lady’s there has been nothing but nice when I come through however my drink is not always right and I’m starting to think maybe I shouldn’t have started cheating on Starbucks.

Making fun of me and my minor daughter in regards to our hair and racial status (being a multi racial family) . I can hear their words and they don’t realize we know they are laughing at us and mocking us. They have done this on three occasions but this morning they messed up our order because they were mocking us and laughing the whole
Time. I am not sure what they think is so funny but I would love for a member if management to review the video footage from this morning:

The behavior is unacceptable, unprofessional and immature !

I called back twice to speak to a manager and “Asia” advised me to speak to Kimberly about their behavior. It breaks my heart because they look like they have the ability to be professional. I’m just not sure why they are acting like pre-teens at an establishment of business.

Please direct me on how to make sure these employees are retrained on serving customers without mocking their hair and race.

We have come to this Dunkin for 7 years! I’m not sure why the quality of staff suddenly diminished .

Immature staff is dangerous for a business. These young ladies shouldn’t mock and laugh at paying customers. Your customers are your life line!

They are always out of donuts. I ordered online and they were out of pretty much everything when I got there so I figured maybe it was because it was later in the evening. I come back at an earlier time the next day and order at the drive thru window and was told they had Boston Cream and glazed donuts just to get to the window and be told they don’t have any like what in the world? I just spoke with you over the speaker not even a minute ago. I just ended up cancelling my order. Not to mention this happened about a year ago which is why I was hesitant on coming back. I don’t understand how you are a donut/coffee shop and don’t ever have donuts. Management really needs to look into things here so this store can get it together because it’s went down drastically within the past couple of years.

Every time I think I’m being financially conscious and choose dunkin I immediately regret it and wish I would have spent the extra 3$ at Starbucks!!!! Drink is always different and always wrong! It’s like they don’t know they are a coffee shop??? Also the past three times I’ve been I’ve asked for caramel drizzle, been charged .30 for it, and not gotten it!!!!! I was the only car in the line today and safe to say I will not be back. Thank god they are building a 7brew right down the road. It’s like teenagers are working yet it’s all adults. I don’t get it – a former Dunkin worker ❤️

Friendly staff. Plenty of seating available, whether inside or outside
Tables outside with umbrellas to help with the sun.
Service was prompt and food warm, iced coffee was iced cold.
This location has a drive thru and also music plays inside.
Conveniently located right on Murfreesboro Pike.

I went to Dunkin’ Donuts on Murfreesboro rd, La Vergne TN 37086 – spent over $20 and was very disappointed! First of all, the dining room is closed so I had to go through the drive-through. I ordered quite a bit of food, and the gentleman taking my order was extremely rude to me. He was rushing me and sighing every time I ordered more items. I kept apologizing because I felt like I was getting on his nerves – which is crazy!! Not to mention they were out of almost everything. I feel like they did not want to make some of the things as it was already 8:20 PM and they close at 9 PM. They were out of everything I asked for at first. So I had to ask for different things. And the whole time he was just saying and rushing me and talking in a super sarcastic voice.

I did not get a receipt. I am able to see how much I paid in the app, however none of the items are listed on there. I had them scan the QR code to link it to my app. I received my food at different times. And when they brought over the two (not) grilled sandwiches, I waited for the receipt. No one said have a nice night or there you go or thank you. There was literally no indication that the transaction was over. After sitting there for several minutes waiting for someone to notice I was still there and get my receipt, I drove off because I felt sorry for the car behind me. I did not want to hold them up any longer.

The two grilled sandwiches I received were NOT GRILLED AT ALL!! I took pictures for proof. The bread is barely warm, let alone grilled.

Additionally, I ordered a mocha espresso, three 10-count boxes of munchkins and a free donut for the Wednesday buy-a-drink-get-a-donut promo. So I had three munchkin boxes, plus the 2 (not grilled) sandwich boxes. And the only bag I received, was for the free doughnut. I even asked for a bag to put the five cardboard containers in; I would’ve even been happy with multiple paper bags. And drive thru guy told me they did not have any kind of bag at all.

There was an older lady, possibly some sort of supervisor, who was within earshot and she never intervened or came to the window while I was waiting for the receipt. The gentleman who Brought the sandwiches to me, was not the drive thru from the speaker and cash register. He did not say a word either. He just handed them to me and walked away.

I will not return to this location, I was embarrassed by the way I was treated, throughout the entire experience. I literally pulled over to park here at the restaurant, just so I could leave this review on Google and yelp, and also give you the feedback in the app. Please feel free to reach out with any questions or further information required. What a waste of money!

I arrived at approximately 8:52 PM I placed the order I had an emergency so I was late coming to pick up my order. She was very rude to me talking about you late picking it up because I ordered it online and told me she had to remake my drinks OK did you have to be so rude and the way you say it? I am the customer you don’t know what what’s going on, so I don’t know who this person was who she is I don’t like her and I think that her manager needs to give a speech to her about customer service. Maybe I should’ve canceled the order instead of picking it up since it inconvenience whoever that woman is. This happened 2025 September 4th of Thursday

I don’t like leaving reviews and I refrained from leaving a negative one the last few times I visited here. Usually their selection is super low or I end up missing things in my order. This time I ordered a bagel with extra cream cheese. By the time I commuted to work and pulled out my bagel, I realized this was “extra” cream cheese. I had to visit a different Dunkin’ by work just to order and pay for a side of cream cheese.
