I waited at the counter for 10 minutes to get a donut this morning around 7am. There was 1 person working and he was only serving the drive thru customers. Eventually I left without buying anything because of the terribly slow service. I understand there are shortages of food service staff but this was excessive.

I have always loved DD! The last few times I have been disappointed with our experience at this location. Same manager. I had a $10 giftcard that I received for Mother’s Day and my daughter and I used it. I loved my ice coffee which is why I gave it 2 stars and I decided to try the bagel bites which were pretty good (I prefer an actual bagel) but my daughters donut was stale and didn’t taste good and her coffee recommended by the employee was absolutely disgusting. She threw it away. I also had to add 2.75 in addition to my giftcard. I def wish that I could have gotten my moneys worth and cause I’ve had two bad experiences in a row here I will not be coming here again unfortunately.

After some not so pleasing experiences the past couple times, I stopped by this location just before 6am expecting that because it is first thing in the morning maybe the coffee would be fresh, the selection of donuts wouldn’t be picked over and the quality of their other food items would be somewhat decent. Unfortunately yet once again they did anything but live up to any one of my expectations. The coffee tasted so bitter I couldn’t drink it even after trying to doctor it up with loads of sugar and milk when I got home. This location is consistently short on donuts and munchkins, frequently out of even the more popular kinds, today was no different. And the bagel I ordered seemed beyond one day stale…almost made me wonder if it was from a batch two or three days ago. As a native New Englander I have and always will be a huge DD fan. To have to write such an unfavorable review is disheartening but to see the lack of pride in what this particular is putting out for the insane price of things especially is even more frustrating and disheartening. On a positive not, for 6 am I did greatly appreciate the very kind and polite person that handled my order.
