These are some of the worst acting employees and they really tarnish the Dunkin brand with their attitudes. My coworkers and I usually will stop and get coffee in the mornings but ever since they began blatantly ignoring requests on the mobile orders and acting like you’re bothering them with your presence, we just started going elsewhere. We gave them another try this morning and we were met with disrespect and attitude. I am deeply disappointed and with working at a nearby hospital, I be sure to continue to warn others about this place. Completely unacceptable

I’m tired of this unfriendly establishment and secondly I’m tired of buying these expensive coffee drinks. I ordered a medium matcha drink with a cold foam on top this drink cost over $6 and there was not much cold foam on top and the drink had so much ice in it I only had a few sips this is ridiculous and must stop this is highway robbery I want a replacement drink

i have been going to this dunkin for a very long time. i have gotten the same drink for 5 months in a row. Today i wanted to go get the drink and i rolled up to the window and ordered. The lady i was talking to told me there was no way for me to get the drink with the add ins i asked for, but i have been getting this drink for about 5 months?? This lady was very rude and made smart remarks to me. I am pretty sure she was the manger. She was very disrespectful and rude. There’s been multiple times i have come to this Dunkin and all the workers are rude. You are supposed to please your costumers. So after that i drove away and did not get a drink. I passed the window and that lady was sticking out of it. It looked like she flicked me off. Dunkin needs to hire better workers!!!!

I usually have no problems with Dunkin but today I went to get an egg and cheese bagel and there was hair all over it and I even pulled it out my mouth, I was disgusted. When I called to tell them they got an attitude with me and told me they don’t make the bagels and to come back and get another one then hung up in my face. I had to drive all the way back to the place to get my refund on the sandwich.

My boyfriend picked up my order for me this morning. Dunkalatte tasted fine, but breakfast sandwich was gross. They also gave me a croissant when I said biscuit in my order. Hashbrowns were mushy and gross. My boyfriends coffee tasted bad and had no ice when I said less ice like mine. Haven’t had Dunkin in a long time and this location ruined it for me.

My wonderful, timid girlfriend went here because it was national coffee day. She’s a freshman in college and trying to get through her vet tech program. So the last thing a stressed teen needs is to ask for help to redeem the code and be met with hateful responses. This is unacceptable in my eyes. After reading more reviews it is obvious that this place needs to get it together. I understand that everyone has their own problems but you also have to have the maturity to still do your job correctly. Get it together guys.

With four employees on duty and no customers- they could not make an order of avocado toast. It literally took all four of them to figure out how to toast a piece of bread, put avocado on it, and none of them knew it was supposed to have bacon added.

Who on earth does not have ketchup? Every time we come here they are out and we can’t have any for the breakfast hashbrowns. Even gas stations carry ketchup! My biggest complaint however is ALSO every time we order the maple bacon croissant they are OUT 100%. Instead, I have to have my sandwich on a cold sourdough bread or muffin which I hate. There is none use for being this cheap. If you’re always selling it – here’s a thought- order more.
