They have been at best decent over the last several years. Long wait times, frequently out of stock items etc. Today there was an employee so sick she could barely talk – no mask. When I asked if she was sick she replied yes. Not sure if it was a tactic to upcharge me the $1 she charged me or not. However, not a place worth giving future business to.

We love Dunkin but the hot coco is awful it’s wayyyy to sweet and I burned my tongue after letting it cool for 10 mins but there other drinks are good. I paid extra for whipped cream they put about a tablespoon of whipped cream lol.

I really hate writing negative reviews, but this location has become consistently disappointing. The donuts are frequently stale—not “end of the day” stale, but clearly not fresh. It’s happened enough times that it no longer feels like bad luck.
On top of that, when I order through the app, my order is wrong about half the time, which defeats the whole purpose of ordering ahead.
I understand businesses trying to manage costs, but selling donuts that taste old is not acceptable—especially for a place literally known for donuts. I’ve given this location plenty of chances, and the freshness issue just doesn’t improve.
I hope the owner takes this feedback seriously, because right now this Dunkin’ is not living up to the brand.

I frequent Dunkin everyday in Murfreesboro and order the same sandwich and drink. However this has been my third time experiencing poor food and service at this location. This sandwich is an example of their food quality. A sandwich like this should have never made it to a customer. Each experience coming here has gotten worse. Dunkin on Carothers is definitely the best in Franklin in comparison. Thanks but No Thanks.

The young man working the register could only comprehend one item at a time, we had to repeat ourselves 4 times for a large coffee, egg bites and avocado toast. The avocado toast on the menu states that it’s avocado toast with bacon got the avocado toast asked where is the bacon she stated we only put bacon on it if you ask for it and then she argued with us. It clearly says on the menu avocado toast with bacon. And the manager stood and watched everybody was like zombies working there.. terrible terrible service and this was at 11 o’clock in the morning.

HANDS DOWN MY FAVORITE location! I live out in Fairview-I have a Dunkin 3 mins from my house, I purposely wait and drive the almost 30 to be sure to come to this one prior to work practically every day!
I normally order ahead on the app-but have had a handful of times where I order at the window.
No matter the case though they are always quick! Even when they are absolutely slammed I still feel like compared to others-they hustle!
I can’t begin to say enough about the staff at this location!
Everyone seems to be real quick to post “bad” reviews. Lord knows we need more positive in this world.
I’m terrible with names being that I see 1000 plus patients a week-BUT these guys are always so kind. They are always smiling. They have managed to make my mornings easier with their simple gestures of remembering the little things. Ex:asking how my kids are doing, compliments on my hair, or even when I’m “late” per my usual times of pulling through haha.
Again I could go on and on about them, simply can’t put it into words!

Slow, no hustle and customers left without ordering on a rainy Friday morning. Once the staff increased in size, orders were taken more quickly, donuts in hand instantly but drinks took too long. Walked in at 6:52 am and didn’t leave until 7:16…crazy. This location is known to be lacking I’m speed and customer service but I wanted to try it again. That was my mistake. There were three customers in front of me and two waiting for orders. Eventually one of the three just left without bothering to order.
Tried to do something special before school for my kiddo, but won’t be back unless there are big changes.

The staff are very friendly at this location but I have yet to visit at a time when everything was working and in stock. Machines down, out of ingredients for this or that drink or item.
It has to be stressful for the employees constantly having to tell customers they need to choose an alternative item. They take it in stride and are always positive.
1 year update:
Nothing has changed, still love the staff and their uncanny ability to improvise so well and so happily. I am surprised by the lack of reply by owner. Actually, now that I think about it I am totally not.
