NOT WORTH IT! 20 minute wait with no line in the drive thru. They messed up all my drinks slightly.. and all the food was burnt to a crisp. They didn’t give me anything I can possibly eat. The workers did not have manners and they pressured me to tip.

Cold coffee was suppose to be hot! Got charged 3 times for the same order The gentleman told me his manager would be working the next morning and this was on Valentine’s Day and I could call them and they could fix it. I called got a machine no one ever returned my call. I don’t appreciate being charged over and over for coffee. I expect somebody to respond to this message that would be great. I want my money back. The worst Dunkin Donuts in TN. For years. They consistently will not listen to your order. If I ask for “light ice,” they fill the cup ½ to almost ¾ full of ice. $6 for a cup full of ice? One guy had to remake my mocha latte twice because he forgot (1.) to add chocolate (2.) and the second time he didn’t add the Expresso. Pics below show the amount of mocha latte and the ⅔ cup of ice from today, 10/17. Ridiculous. DO BETTER.

waited over 10 minutes at the window in the drive thru, just for my drink to be wrong (ordered cold foam, & of course they didn’t put the cold foam on top) and them to tell me to pull up to the mailbox for my food, had to wait another 15 minutes & they never came out. I had to leave.
would recommend just going next door to McDonald’s for breakfast & a coffee, or better yet Fairview Donuts..

Went there yesterday, the guy at the counter was very helpful and understanding with my young son. Very honest on which ones are fresh and not fresh, and gave recommendations.

Ordered this chorizo breakfast wrap, got all the way home, took a bite and it was frozen solid. Took it back and explained the issue. They put the same one I brought back with the bite out of it and put it back in the oven. Burned the outside and the inside was still cold. Won’t be going back to this one!

Absolute train wreck! Place is dirty, dingy and frankly gross. Service was terrible. Not a single person in there but us and we waited about 5-8 minutes to be helped. Coffee was wrong (cold vs hot), couldn’t find the item we ordered on the menu. Food was completely wrong. The place is poorly managed and so short staffed it is ridiculous!! Stay away!
