I ordered a gallon of coffee online a week ago now before work. When I arrived I was told that they did not have the correct container and they could not fulfill my order. When I asked for a refund they said they could not help me with that. I also asked for a printed receipt so I could come in later and get a refund. They couldn’t provide me with the printed receipt either, didn’t give me any reason. When I came back after work they were able to provide a printed receipt but told me in order to get a refund that I would have to call their corporate office. I called them, they asked me to respond by email and explain what had happened. I sent the first email less than 24 hours after they did not provide me with the service I had already paid for. After being as detailed as possible the first time they still had the gall to ask me for more information, did not specify what information. This company is a bunch of crooks!
I have gone to this store for years at this point and in that time easily spent hundreds of dollars, possibly into the thousands over the course of my life. I can say that without a doubt I will never walk back into a Dunkin for the rest of my life. I will tell my story of this crap business whenever I get the chance.

This place has gone way down hill. They didn’t have any donuts. The store is filthy. Employees answering personal cell phone WHILE taking an order at the counter. Saw a blender that had been sitting there for God knows how long, with chunky liquid they poured into a hand washing sink. They then simply just rinsed out the disgusting blender with water from said sink, and made a drink for customer. Never coming back, so gross!

Average Dunkin’ store but good lord. Sweet.. good lord… we will never go again. I would do 0 stars if I could. Hubby wasn’t given a receipt or we would report to corporate. We stopped by here on our way home. Other area Dunkin’s are totally fine. This one… I do not know what on earth is going on. My husband walked in to order. As we hop back on the highway ramp we start eating. Our eggs sandwiches are extremely cold in the center. The barely seem warmed. Our kids got 6 doughnuts. They were solid. Like 3-4 days old solid. Not even second day solid. Just horrible. We will stick to the downtown dunkin’.

We ordered a Boston kreme and a dozen donuts, 6 chocolate frosted and 6 glazed. The Boston kreme had no kreme and they have us 5 chocolate frosted and put the “Boston kreme” as the 6th chocolate donut… but we payed for 6 chocolate, 6 glazed, and a Boston kreme. While I get that it’s a very small reason to complain about but we didn’t get a donut that we paid for and the Boston kreme is a donut with cream and it didn’t have that…

Recently this location changed its breakfast offerings. Not only did they change the menu, they also downsized the offerings. The breakfast bowls are terrible. For $4.59 you mostly get a cup with 80% tater tots, 10% synthetic looking cheese, 5% “brisket” and the remainder is who knows what. I did not see much “brisket”. You barely get a cup of food. Buy the coffee and buy the donuts but AVOID the breakfast.

Ordered an avocado toast but they missed the “toast” portion. How is it hard to toast a piece of sourdough. (It was slow too.)It’s been a while since I’ve been here but after some time it’s still running off of awful service. I also ordered some hashbrowns and they tasted like they were a day old or so. Whomever the manager is needs to step up their game. I also gave up ordering drinks there since the last time I ordered an almond milk matcha they gave me regular milk. I’m lactose intolerant and will not chance it again on them giving me a wrong drink again. Felt awful that day due to this. All of the other dunkin donuts I’ve been to ranging from Fort Benning, downtown columbus, and macon road, they seem to be on their game. Do better phenix city location please.
