I am still in the hospital healing from giving birth 4 days ago, and my fiancé ordered 2 drinks. An iced brown sugar shaken espresso and an iced pumpkin latte. The shaken espresso was ordered as a large. When she tried handing him a small espresso he asked for it to be corrected; she first tried pouring it into a large cup and filling the rest of the large cup with ice (in front of him) instead of remaking it. Then he gets to the hospital with MY iced pumpkin latte and it has NO coffee what so ever in it. Imagine my surprise when I’m extremely exhausted and it’s just milk and flavoring. We both tried calling the phone number and it doesn’t even connect you to the store.

Stopped there 3-4 times in the last 6 months, usually right after lunchtime. Every time they are out of donuts. There may have been 7 total in the different flavors. 1 if this, 2 of that. Totally unacceptable for a donut company to operate this way. Won’t waste any more of my time stopping there.

We did the drivethru. Service was swift and pleasant. L got a creme “filled” donut where “filled” is inaccurate. Maybe something like “A level tablespoon inserted somewhere” is more truthful. Can you see any in the photo of a half-eaten donut? It wouldn’t break the bank to inject a reasonable amount of creme. We will go back because of the convenient location, but not because we rave about the product. Reading the other reviews, it seems that perhaps the owner could be more engaged and even train a manager.

So my wife loves Dunkin donuts pumpkin coffee. I am not a fan of the chain anymore. Doughnuts are frozen and delivered instead of freshly made at the location like a few years ago . My wife rates them a 5. I’m someplace around a 3. Staff was friendly, coffee was made well. I skipped the previously frozen food and she enjoyed her’s. It’s unfortunate because I used to really enjoy the chain. I currently get my doughnuts at Publix or a local shop, occasionally Krispy cream who still makes them fresh but Dunkin has better coffee ☕.

Dunkin’ Donuts is one of my favorite places. This was my first time visiting this location but unfortunately it wasn’t the best experience. The customer service part was okay but my hash browns are burned. I’m disappointed that they would sell this to a customer. If I didn’t have other great experiences I would stop going to Dunkin’.

Limited Time – Explorer Batch coffee. Perfect medium roast flavor with a hint of sweet berries and the medium is only $1 right now. Only complaint is they were short staffed. The two guys behind the counter were exceptionally polite though, even when faced with a disgruntled customer who was yelling because he was late for work waiting on his order… Hats off to those two gentlemen!

I dream about waking up and getting my butter pecan frozen coffee..with extra butter pecan. I come at least 4 out of 7 days a week. I always ask for extra butter pecan so it doesn’t taste like water. So this day I only get 3 pumps instead of the 6 pumps. It tasted like water. So I called a couple of times and no one answered. So now I turned around and brought it back. They tell me to wait in park up front. Before I even got to the park the boy comes right back out with the same cup I just handed him. It still tastes like water. I parked and brought it back inside and the lady got an attitude saying she put 3 more pumps in it. But she should of just started over instead of being uncaring about me the customer and my hard earned money that I’m spending. I just got a refund because they refused to start over and make it right. So now I’m looking for a new coffee shop
