On a Sunday evening we ordered in the app, paid, and went to the drive through. When we got there, I was told they were out of everything I ordered. I ordered 2 special donuts (I can understand how they could be out), 10 munchkins (a little harder to understand), and 2 hot coffees (how do they run out of coffee? Did they just not want to make another pot?). She told me they could give me “a couple of cold coffees and some food” or a refund, but the refund would have to go to the original payment method. I put a gift card on my app YEARS ago, and just reload it every time it runs out. When I told her it was a gift card, she told me she didn’t know what she could do because it has to go back on the original payment, and she doesn’t know what to do with it being a gift card. After a few minutes of arguing that I didn’t want cold coffees and random food items, my husband talked her into putting it on his credit card.
The next day we give them another shot and stop on the way to work. At least they have hot coffee at this point, but when I got my toasted everything bagel, it was an untoasted garlic bagel instead! I don’t get why i should keep giving them my money to not get what I order.

I stopped in at Dunkin’ around 5AM after my third-shift job to grab a Cookie Dough Frozen Coffee, which I genuinely enjoy.
Unfortunately, the customer service left a lot to be desired. As a walk-in, I was met with a look from the girl at the counter like I was out of place just for showing up. When I said “thank you,” all I got back was a half-hearted hum. No smile, no acknowledgment just cold vibes.
I get that it’s early, but customer service is still part of the job. Dunkin’, please train your staff to treat every customer, no matter the hour with a little more courtesy and professionalism.

Workers are slow. Donuts are always dried out and they charged me for a large frozen coffee but gave me a small. Don’t waste your time coming here. Sugar rush always has fresh donuts.

I have been going to this store for alittle over a year first thing in the morning on my way home cause I work overnights. They are the nicest, polite staff I have ever seen. They are so attentive that they know me by name and my order. They all deserve a raise atleast.

The variety of food and beverages is great; they’ve got a lot to choose from like meal deals with a sandwich, hash browns, and a drink or if you’re sweet tooth is craving something sweet. I was going to pre-order and pick up through the drive thru but after attempting to order using the app and the website I noticed they only had a few of the items listed out of everything that was actually available. I went inside and was greeted with a smile and after placing my order the courteous Dunkin associate asked if there was anything else she could help me with. I mentioned the problems with pre-ordering using the app and the website, I was informed of the app being closed on Tuesdays and the website had this location as closed on Tuesdays. I recommend this place, the butter pecan frozen coffee with caramel drizzle is amazing.

Red haired manager was rude when she was reminded that customers had been waiting 10 minutes. They cared more about the customers in drive through than dinning area. One customer got fed up and walked out.
This is a MANAGENT ISSUE, schedule enough staff, don’t send all on break at same time. Dining Room customers are just as important as Drive Through Customers. Also DON’T TELL ME TO BE PATIENT WHEN YOU TREAT US POORLY.

I love this dunkin! The management team and staff are all very nice and work quickly to get your order not only hot/cold and accurate but fresh. They’re always above and beyond my expectations. They’re very welcoming and the hospitality is on point. This is in the morning or the evening. After all they are our morning fix or pick me up for most! Dunkin this store should be recognized for their amazing work ethics and hard work. This morning with cars in line I was in and out in a couple minutes! You guys are awesome!

Stopped for a doughnut and coffee. They had one girl working the drive thru, inside, and doing everything. After a long wait, I left. If you’re gonna run a business, have enough workers to conduct business.

I originally ordered a sausage egg and cheese croissant, they didn’t have sausage! Then I wanted a different sandwich… yeah they apparently had no sandwiches at all! Being a former dunkin manager… the attitude within this store is horrible! Was even told if I want a refund I’ll have to get it through the app inwhich I ordered from!

Terrible place. We attempted to get breakfast here at 11am. They had no donuts or munchkins. Their refresher options were limited to only one and they only had one bagel variety (whole grain). We ended up leaving without purchasing anything. Will not be back and do not recommend it to anyone.
