I usually stop here every morning to get coffee, but this week they have had a different crew that don’t seem to be capable of getting orders out in a timely manner or maybe they dont know what they’re doing, idk. There were two blondes who kept it running pretty smoothly, but I haven’t seen them in about a week. This new crew had 4 cars waiting on orders (one pulled forward and two off to the side of the drive thru) and one at the window who had been there at least 15 minutes because we waited 10 before we pulled off, and they hadn’t even taken the one at the windows money. We saw them walk back and forth, but they still didn’t open the window. Bring the old crew from 2 weeks ago back!

I use the Dunkin drive thru and go early to pick up a dozen of my favorites. Fresh Dunkin Donuts are good any time of the day. I prefer the Oxford store because the staff are very friendly.

Been 2 Friday’s nights in a row. Once at 8:30 pm and the other at 7:30 pm. Both times ordered lattes. Was told we could have lattes because machine as cleaned for the night and the other time would have to wait 10 minutes in the drive through because of some problem. Not sure why any restaurant has posted hours and they close things well before they close. Once, maybe but it seems to be a thing to close things early. Very disappointing. Won’t be back. I’ll give my business to businesses who want customers.

Stood at the counter for 30 seconds while 6 different employees pretended they couldn’t see me. Teach your employees to greet customers and at least say ‘I’ll be with you in a moment’ or something. Very rude, got better coffee across the street where they didn’t act like I was invisible.

This location is trash. They either pretend they cant make decaf coffee or just give you caffinated coffee and try to pass it as decaf. The ovens are often down for the first hour. Ive ordered on the app and gotten cash refunds before. They recently told me I could refund it on the app, i handed my phone and asked them to show me how, bc the app is janky and the customer service chat has been down for a while. They took my phone and pretended to refund it in the app. Told me they canceled the order and it would be refunded later, even tho the order was already placed, so thats impossible. It was clear they thought I was stupid or just didnt care so I smiled and left. This location is trash and the employees dont mind intentionally screwing you over. Hope they have the day they deserve

I hate saying anything negative about dumkin, but I was so looking forward to chocolate and braverian creamed filled donut and arrive at home to have chocolate covered white frosting creamed donut, so sad because I’m almost 30 miles away to take it back.

We are here now. One of the girls is rubbing her nose and then stuck her finger in her ear and kept making the drinks. The girl running the drive through stopped and talked with another off duty employee gave her 2$ from the register and then allowed the girl to go behind the counter make her and her boyfriend there own drinks and leave without paying. That’s why the prices are so high because the employees are stealing. Plus we had to wait to be waited on until they finish there conversation.
