Today was my first visit to this location. I arrived at 6:35 am. The lady who was working headset ordering at the drive thru was very patient and kind. I was unsure of what to order and she was patient while i looked over the menu. I decided on an iced caramel latte and a BEC bagel. Everything was fresh and good. I appreciate great service and kindness that early in the morning as it helps to start the day good 🙂 thanks Dunkin Employees for the great service and great experience.

I have visited here twice in one week. Had a friend tag along one time. Dine in one time and take out the other.
The quality and taste of my iced coffee is so yummy. The donuts are always fresh.
The store is probably the cleanest inside and out that I’ve seen in montgomery far as restaurants. This location is definitely worth fighting the traffic for. LoL
I definitely recommend and will update when I get the young lady name that’s so welcoming. She deserves recognition.

Stopped here traveling through the area. Spent nearly $30. There were 2 cars ahead of us, when they handed me the first two coffees we sipped our hot coffees while waiting for the rest of our order, but they were literally cold. I mentioned it to the worker who said it’s because there were so many people ahead of us and our drinks were sitting on the counter so long. She handed me my son’s hot chocolate next, usually you have to wait for DD hot chocolates to cool down before you drink them, this was the first one we have ever recieved cold. I couldn’t believe it. The doughnut holes were slimy and stale. The only thing that was acceptable were the two iced coffees that were ordered. Extremely disappointing. Didn’t have time to get new coffees made we had to press on to our hotel. DD if you are going to have such poor service, lower your prices. For high prices, good customer service and good food is expected. Also, 2 ice coffees, 1 hot chocolate, 2 hot coffees, and a 25 count of donuts should not take 18 minutes to make. That’s how long we waiting from the time we ordered. Sad.

First time at this Dunkin. It was much better that the Vaughn location. Everything I ordered was in stock. We got a power breakfast sandwich, 2 Americanos with vanilla and cold foam, avocado toast, bagel breakfast sandwich, and bagel bites for $24 not bad. All the food taste like it was from frozen but I don’t mind. The coffee was good. The cashier was friendly. The tables have built in charging which I thought was super cool!

WORST DUNKIN IVE EVER BEEN TO!! Really threw my hashbrowns loose in the bag, told me they dont put cream cheese on food, but buttered my croissant when i didnt ask for that, gave a half full matcha. This store is understaffed, but the service is pretty good. This location is on Ann St. so I don’t go here much because it’s a dangerous area of town. There was a guy talking to himself outside of the store this morning which puts you on guard a little. I ordered a coffee which was good. The carrot cake muffin was a little sad though!

Dunkin was built on the same street of my house & since I passed it every day my son convinced me to finally stop for donuts. I’ll admit my sister had previously told me I wasn’t missing out on anything by not stopping but my son is 8 so I stopped for his sake. I was the only one in the drive thru so I was happy about that (1 star) but as I proceeded to give my order I was told they were down to their last 3 donuts which were chocolate but she also said they were in the process of making more. Fine, I ordered the last 3 donuts because I love chocolate & didn’t want to wait (2 stars)… Unfortunately, my son & I both took 1 bite & didn’t like them at all.. They didnt look as good as a donut should, they were dry, & they had no taste at all.. Couldn’t tell they were chocolate flavored they literally tasted like nothing… I don’t believe in wasting food so I gave them away rather than trash them! I probably won’t return to Dunkin but if I do it won’t be for chocolate donuts

I bought breakfast for my toddler here at Ann st Dunkin’ doughnuts and I called to get a refund and because the eggs were gray and smelled horrible the manager proceeded to tell me that she did not know if the eggs were fresh or frozen and then proceeded to tell me they came frozen and she set them out at 4 AM to defrost in a heat wave after I asked is it possible the eggs went bad in the heat she proceeded to tell me that the eggs were not cooked on a clean tray Mind you this is the manager telling me this if you look up the health code violations for Ann St., Dunkin’ Donuts, it’s a horrible sight to see leaving food to defrost on the floor no wonder why they’re selling spoiled food and the manager was upset after I told her they did not give me a receipt after the fact that she told me she made my order and she remembers me placing the order and continue to yell about the receipt and hung up on me… I did record the whole conversation where she was very confused about the eggs and the fact that she didn’t Cook our food on a clean tray
