Worst Dunkin I have ever been to. I ordered and ice cream and a dozen donuts. They never gave me the ice cream. Shut window and left. The donuts were soggy like they had been wet. They were falling apart and thrown in the box. Not even made right ( red velvet are suppose to have white sprinkles on the frosting.

Stopped by around 2pm. Mind you they are open until 7 pm. The donut case was almost completely empty. They didn’t even have enough original donuts to make a full dozen. A few donut holes. When asked if that was all they had they replied yes. Like there would t be anymore made. This is the second time I’ve been to this location and the donut case was empty . If you are a donut shop , there should be donuts to purchase. We won’t be returning to this location again. Sadly there isn’t a Krispy Kreme in Troy, but they should definitely think about adding one.

Unfortunately, my recent visit was disappointing. The service was unwelcoming, and the staff came across as dismissive and unprofessional. The shehe with the scarf wrapped around her head was the ring leader of rudeness. Her coworkers with the braids including the manager were as well. My bagel was burnt, the bag was messy, and the coffee cup was sticky—overall, the quality was far below expectations.
It’s disheartening to spend money at an establishment where customer appreciation seems lacking. I would recommend considering other options where both your business and satisfaction are valued.

Probably the WORST location I’ve visited. We are in Troy for baseball at the university and so far not one person in this twin trust works customer service has been nice. This store was extremely hot inside, it was dirty and not well maintained. No one spoke or acknowledged us as we walked in and stood at the counter. Finally a last walked up but didn’t speak. We asked for a milkshake and she said… it don’t work! Donuts were old looking. Trash all over the floor. I’m pretty sure the girls working didn’t really care to be there as they were not friendly at all.

Was very disappointed when the online ordering had biscuits available for sandwiches, but the store said they didn’t. They then switched it for a bagel sandwich, but that came out burnt beyond edibility. Even the photo does no justice to this charred bagel.
