8/14 Was driving through and stopped to get a coffee and continue my travels, went through drive thru around 700-715 in the am, pulled up and was rudely greeted, felt like I was bothering the lady, nobody else there, no total or pull around was said, got to window and lady just reached for card, said nothing, would barely hand me the coffee. I said thank you 3 times and nothing just a window closed in my face. Went to take a drink of coffee and there was a horrible odor, took lid off to look at coffee nothing, smelled the lid and the odor was awful, had to throw coffee away as i was unsure if tampered with, her attitude needs work, if you don’t like your job then leave.

I really hate writing bad reviews but someone should know when things are wrong so we can do better. The drive through cashier is rude as hell. Today is not the first time I’ve dealt with her. The voice while ordering is subpar and the window attitude is very unprofessional. It’s the lips poked out and long face for me. I work customer service and you’re having a rough day you don’t let it pour out to your customers. This has happened twice so I know it’s not the case. Dunkin!! Please do better! Please…..

Was very disappointed when the online ordering had biscuits available for sandwiches, but the store said they didn’t. They then switched it for a bagel sandwich, but that came out burnt beyond edibility. Even the photo does no justice to this charred bagel.

Food is yummy! Glazed donuts and frozen coffee.. good. Skim milk was available in Troy, AL Plaza location. Kruellers and croissants were gone! No whipped topping. I really wish these companies were able to take things off their menu, when they run out of ingredients. Digital age, digital menu; still can’t take things off the menu with delete buttons. Cashier was helpful and informative. Baskin Robbins is inside the Dunkin Donuts!! Yum!

I love my local Dunkin! It has more food options than the competition (the S word). The staff is friendly. They could use more people to help with busier times but they don’t let that get in the way of being nice and kind. The coffee will give you your boost when needed!
