I Have many health issues and finding things to eat while out can be challenging, however I find the Egg & Cheese wraps are something I can eat with no issues. However the other day I got more than I am used to getting. Not sure What exactly what this is but driving down the interstate I knew something wasn’t right, thinking it was a hard piece of tortilla I removed from my lip and about had a crash when I seen that it wasn’t egg, cheese or tortilla I pulled off interstate to further inspect and I’m not sure if it’s an insect, piece of food or what but it’s definitely not what I was expecting! I immediately got sick to my stomach and I called Dunkin corporate to report what I had found. After getting my information they had a regional rep call me. I sent pictures and her assumption without seeing it up close or such was it must be Food from the associates not changing out the food wrappers in between prepping foods. She offered to refund my money. I was on my way to FLORIDA n already late so I told her I would be trying to figure out what it was n get back with her once I’m in town. I appreciate the refund being I was too freaked out to eat it, And I felt a bit dismissed being there was no urgency to find out what it actually is. I have been a loyal customer for over 10 yrs to Dunkin Donuts, I have Slowly stopped going being they charge me extra for non dairy milks, the perks for coffee haven’t been the best and it’s rare you get consistency with how coffees are made. This experience makes me rethink ever going to Dunkin again. I’m not sure if these are insect pieces or food foreign food pieces but either way it has grossed me out!

Went to Dunkin today, we are regular customers that spend alot of our hard earned money at the Prattville, Al location. When I pulled up to the window to get our order, I ** said hello, the girl at window did not say anything! Then when we left, I * said thank you, she didn’t say anything! I do not appreciate her attitude! I work very hard for my money and your employees can’t even say hello or thank you! If this continues I will we taking my business elsewhere. You now have a very rude employee now working at this location!

I believe that this Dunkin’ location has somewhat recently come under new ownership, as it is a whole new crew. Initially, I was worried because I did like the former crew/management; however, this current/new’ish manager/crew is FANTASTIC!!
Much like my other review, this isn’t about the food, since Dunkin’ is Dunkin’; this review is about the people and atmosphere.
It has such a warm and genuine atmosphere. The warmness and sincerity of the folks there is amazing. In my opinion, that atmosphere is rare.
If you appreciate friendly and welcoming people that want to provide you with excellent service, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND frequenting the Dunkin’ in Prattville!!

It’s probably the most disappointing Dunkin’ Donuts location I have ever visited. Stale hard bagel and cream cheese was barely there, let alone the extra I had requested. Coffee order was a 1/4 correct.got home and added my own cream and sugar. Staff seemed more concerned about their phones and daily going ons than customer service expectations. Will not re-visit.

I would NOT recommend this Dunkin’ Donuts to anyone!! I would give it 0 stars!! Ordered 2 drinks in the drive thru and both were wrong. Parked and walked inside. Walked up to the register and stood there, and continued to stand there. One employee walked over and looked at me 3 times. She never spoke or anything. I stood there for 5 minutes. The chic from the drive thru finally walked over. I told her that my drinks were wrong. She argued with me instead of offering to remake my drinks. She was SUPER RUDE!!! So, instead of arguing with her, I trashed my drinks and walked out!! I will NEVER visit this particular Dunkin again!!!

Sunday I went to get coffee and donuts here and petty much got my coffee thrown at me! The woman opened the window practically tossed my drinks in my hand and it wasn’t stable and spelt all over my leg and truck!! I was so upset i did nothing wrong to her except ask for whipped cream! I did not appreciate the coffee every where after reading reviews doesn’t seem Im the only one with an issue at this location!

This dunkin overcharged me and refused to give me my money back, even after pulling up my order in the system and confirming I was charged for the wrong order.They did offer me replacement items,but said they could not refund for me since I threw away my receipt.Learn from me, keep your receipt and watch what they charge you!

Tipped and paid extra for additional chocolate foam- yep I was charged & then it wasn’t put in my cup there was actually less than the normal amount & the “extra” was put in a pup cup. The chocolate sprinkles were all over the lid so it wouldn’t stay on. I had to get out of the car & go into store to get another one. The girl had an attitude about giving it to me.
Every time I have been to this location the employees seem unhappy to be at work & it shows in their product productions. Dunkin’ Donuts in Prattville is one of the locations where you don’t tip until you see what you are going to get! If you can go to the Wetumpka store the food & drinks are always good and the employees are happy!!

First of all the manager didn’t say sorry for the under baked bagel. The manager with the long beard was very rude and wasn’t welcoming to me at the store nor helpful with the situation. I recommend only getting the drinks and pass on the food.
