AmaZing coffee and fresh donuts I missed having a dunks and this one doesn’t disappoint they are loving in nature customer and the kindness shows ! Don’t hesitate to give them a go !
Updated after more visits . The a.m. crew is fantastic the afternoon crew however is not the same and customer service is not the same nor does it seem present . We got whole ice pieces in our drink literal whole ice pieces the girl took the ice I put on a napkin to show her and threw it out and got mad at me like it was my fault so I took pictures and then threw it out she did end up refunding me for it but I wanted the coffee drink I ordered, I just wanted to be able to drink it . It started pouring outside and I had to go back in there just to let them know it wasn’t drinkable and I needed it fixed I wasn’t rude I just wanted help and for an almost $6 drink to be able to drink it or at least someone behind the counter to care and remake it would have been amazing I have worked in various places and customer service is always a must . Adding pics below . I will also add Jason the name on the receipt was not who served me it was two girls .

JASON is AMAZING. He’s really helped Decatur Dunkin since showing up. I love hearing his happy voice in the morning and always checking if I need that extra shot to “get me bouncing off the walls” My order is always correct and he is FAST. I’m in the drive thru less than a minute some days and that’s with ordering food and my drink. Go Jason! & the whole crew, of course.

dunkin’ donuts needs to take drinks off their menu and stick to donuts.. The menu says we have energy drinks ,so I asked what energy drink? we only have one option ,Great I’ll take it. it was absolutely horrible and even brought it home and put simple syrup in it and still cannot drink it.

Michelle at the Decatur AL location deserves a raise. She was so positive and happy to help. Absolutely wonderful customer service. Her attitude is complete opposite of all other employees at this location so it was unbelievably refreshing to be helped by her. Good employees are hard to find. I hope Dunkin can recognize that she is a good one, and appreciate her so that she can stay. Thank you Michelle

Very rude people!! I don’t think I’ve ever been talk to that way over a coffee all because I had a custom coffee n they didn’t want to make it.! I ordered a large iced vanilla with 2 pumps of carmal 1 pump of vanilla bean and sweet cold foam and the picture is what I got n the order reference i’ve always used ♀️ I get this order just about every time I go and have never had a problem till today when they didn’t wanna make it !!! The coffee was good but the disrespect is just not needed! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE PERIOD!!!!

The coffee on the left is good but the coffee to my right was made wrong and got charged for an expresso shot when I told them no. It’s June 29, 2024 at 8:32 am and the workers there were acting raunchy and ignorant. My pregnant best friend is DEATHLY allergic to nuts and they put almond milk in her iced coffee. Almond milk is made of what? Nuts! They were giving me attitude through the speaker. I find this behavior unacceptable!

I am a regular customer at this Dunkin, and I am very impressed about this location’s great customer service. Any time I order, I am always greeted, asked how I am doing, and told to have a great day. These small gestures can really have a big impact on someone’s day, and I really appreciate the staff’s friendliness. My coffee typically tastes wonderful, and I usually receive it quickly. My only complaint would be the food, which I feel is mediocre.

Just had my very first experience at DD and got a frozen Butter Pecan. I spotted the blueberry on the menu and the sweetest young lady, Aly, recommended it with caramel. SOLD! My hubby ordered that one for me and unlike the “other coffee place” it wasn’t nearly $20! I’m a permanent convert. Both flavors were Excellent frozen coffees. Thank you Aly for the recommendation! Excellent first experience at DD thanks solely to you!

I always have the most pleasant experience with the manager. That opens up at the store. She, as well as her staff, are very professional end kind. She’s very knowledgeable as I always have questions about different shrinks or foods that’s being promoted. She’s always able to answer them without hesitation. I have never ever had a type of greeting from any other place I visited like the one that I get when I come to dunkin’ in the morning.The manager name is Denise Walton guys, if you ever had a bad experience at any other chains, the one on sixth street indicator will change your experience i have never had anything go wrong but I have seen this manager handle customers that was unsatisfied. She handles every situation with care and compassion. I’ve been going to this location for a while, and I observed every encounter to see if anything would change.
She has been very consistent with doing her best to improve the quality and the satisfaction representing this company. You can tell by her work ethic that she really enjoys her job. I will always return as long as she’s there and always refer other people as long as she’s there. Thank you, Denise Walton, for taking pride in your work and always showing us customers that you care and that we matter to the Duncan family.
