I’ve had problems with my order the last few times I’ve been to this location. Today I ordered a toasted bagel with extra cream cheese. I mentioned the extra cream cheese twice and was charged for it. I received a bagel that had been toasted very briefly and had so little cream cheese it didn’t even cover the surface of the bagel. The cream cheese was also watery, maybe because it was such a small amount and the bagel was like warm. I guess I’ll be going out of my way to the other location on hwy 82 to see if they’re any better. I cannot recommend this location.

I made a purchase through the app on 10/29. When I arrived to pick up my order, none of the doughnuts I ordered were available. The young lady said she would cancel the order. Later, I noticed the order wasn’t cancelled on the app so I did so. Called the store & spoke to Eon. He said he didn’t even see an order from me. Today is 11/3, & I’m still trying to get my refund. On TWO occasions I waited over 15 minutes on their customer service line, to no avail!! Kristy Kreme is my new doughnut spot!!

11/23/2025 – At 4pm on Sunday, no lines inside or out. The cup was full of ice from top to bottom.
Sept. 8, 2024 I walked in on a Sunny Sunday just as 4 young ladies were walking out. I didn’t notice a line in the drive thru and the speed of my order was good. They still need to work on consistency of their measurements as my chai was a little short. My sandwich was made fresh and hot. The apple cider donut was fresh, never a problem with the donuts.
May 1, 2024 Over 20 mins for a walk-in mobile order. Sooo now I’ll order my food and drink 30 mins before and warm it up at work. The speed has gone done DRASTICALLY.
March 11, 2024: They can, usually, do no wrong. Well, today was a weird one. I used the app to place my order, a chai with unsweetened toasted coconut syrup. I went in and my cup was ready on the tray. When I got to my car and poured it, it smelled strong. I was late to work and thought that it was my imagination. But when I got to work and it TASTED strong then I knew that I had the wrong beverage. I asked my boss to smell it and YUP! It was coffee. Later, I went back to my car to look at the labels. Both the cup label and the ticket had the correct order request. SO! If your coffee/espresso was REALLY weak, it’s because you got my chai.
2018: Staff is friendly and accommodating. Orders are made to your liking.

Employee wasn’t friendly, the food was OK got a bagel and plain donuts. Got bagel immediately had to wait on doughnuts. The drive through is very strange, you have to enter from behind the building but the signs explaining it weren’t very visible

I love Dunkin it was my first time using this location…I was not happy the coffee did not taste the same and my Croissant was terrible over cooked maybe it was a bad morning should’ve known the cashier seem to be unhappy!!!

I hit this Dunkin at least once a week for coffee and donuts and I have never had a bad experience with wait time or food/beverage quality. The staff is always nice and was helpful when I was setting up their rewards app.
