I went here before I saw these reviews. I paid for two larges and they didn’t fill up either cup. I removed the ice from the left one and I get that it’s supposed to have ice in the drink but only getting about half the cup of actual iced coffee is a hard sell when 7Brew is up the hill and won’t cheat me out of proportions like that. Both locations advertise full proportions on their menus and whatnot, the difference is that here you don’t get the full proportion that is advertised.
Speaking of 7Brew, their iced coffees are about the same price so would you rather pay full price here and get an inch of ice coffee missing or would you rather pay full price and get a full cup of iced coffee?

Just grabbed my morning fix at Dunkin’ Donuts and I’m loving it! The coffee is always hot and fresh, and their donuts are irresistible. The staff is friendly and efficient, even during peak hours. Clean atmosphere and quick service make it a great spot for a quick breakfast or study session. Highly recommend the Boston Creme donut – it’s a game-changer! 4.5/5 stars from me!

I love this place. I’m here every morning. Makayla is great! She is always almost the first face I see, which is great. She always is very friendly and keeps a smile on her face. Every morning is not always a good morning but as soon as I pull through the drive thru she know exactly what I want and can always make me smile. She knows her job and she is great! Love this chic!

I am a retired disable Army veteran and I go to Duncan donuts at least twice a week. Great service, they always get my order right? And they greet you with a smile, and I always tell you have a good day upon leaving. So this is a great place to get coffee and refreshment.

Just went and i swear that cashier was so high she couldn’t tell what was going on. My food tastes slightly like soap so they didn’t wipe down properly after cleaning too. My drink tastes like metal too. This place has NOT gotten better over time. Needs new management.

Not too happy with this Dunkin. There was a promotion going on if you left a 5 star google review, receive a free drink ( which I did but is now deleted). In order to receive the free drink, you had to have the receipt, but I lost mine. Mind you, I come here EVERY morning on my way to work and they all pretty much know me by name. The GM who denied my drink also knows I come in every morning on my way to work. I was willing to show the “google review” but she said she needed the receipt. Now if I had a complaint about a drink, I would have received a free one, but not for this instance as a loyal customer? I definitely won’t be buying from here as frequent, maybe not at all. I’ll give my business to 7 brew and Starbucks up the road.

This location is always pleasant anytime I come in. The girls are always friendly and my boys love coming by to get a donut while I get my coffee. Never have waited more than a few minutes for my order, unlike at other locations. I prefer this location over others.

It’s about the Survey to get free Donut if u use ur Receipt. My last 7 receipts haven’t worked, until then they worked fine. Any 1 else having problems with Survey.. Take my kid their every morning because it’s close to the Bus pickup. This is on Sweeney Hollow Rd. Al.

People here don’t seem to know much. They all look at each other when you ask a question. None of them seem to know sizes, prices….they always have to ring things up for prices or look at the register. It would be nice to have people who knew their own menu. Jeeezzz

Took very long. Coffee was cold and the grill cheese was only toasted on one side with the cheese not melt. They gave me a hot coffe when I brought it to their attention otherwise it would have been 1 star.
